We have been dealing with CFN for several years now as they hire us for asbestos and other hazmat projects. Stepping through a job site with Gerard after an abatement and having him explain what the issues are and his plan of action to rectify the situations is awe inspiring. CFN knows what they are doing, they take pride in the work they do and make sure that the customer and all sub contractors are very well looked after. James Watson CEO got mold?

We hired CFN for renovation work: they converted a bedroom adjacent to the master into an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and laundry room. There was also some incidental plumbing and heating work that we had done at the same time. The two principals, Gerard and Damian, were both great to work with although our contact was primarily Gerard. Their quote was detailed, accurate and competitive with other quotes. There were no surprises in the final bill: any extras were changes we had asked for, reasonably priced. The work was done largely on time and very nicely. All of the subcontractors used were polite, careful and competent. The inevitable problems were dealt with promptly, except for a delay in one supplier they had no control over. We would have no hesitation in recommending CFN to our friends, or in using them for any other projects that might come about.

My husband and I had the pleasure of hiring CFN Construction to build our dream home on an acreage outside of Saskatoon. When we started our property was just open grassland, no driveway. Our acreage is also on a drip system water with holding tanks and a septic tank and mound. When we started the process we were nervous to say the least. We met with Gerard to start. Prices were compared with many other companies and nothing came close to the price CFN could offer for what we were getting. CFN provides some of the highest quality materials and they do not settle for "Oh that looks ok," they only settle for a very happy customer. They are also very particular themselves and don't settle for a half done job. They can truly create anything you ask for. We worked closely with Gerard and were included in every decision and step of the way to building our home. We were welcome to come see the progress at any time. Gerard was more then acccomadating to help us pick things out, make decisions or assure us along the way. Gerard made a very nervous start become a very easy and fun process! I would do this build 10 times over with CFN because they made it a breeze. Two years later we have had no issues with CFN and still maintain contact with Gerard on how things are going. He is more then happy to answer any questions we have about anything. We were more then happy with the entire build as well as the quality of home they built us.
