Ce qui étais écrit et qui à été enlevé dans la 2e soumission : "Garantie prolonger de 5 ans main d'oeuvre : 295,00$" Sa aurait été si facile d'écrire à côté de ce texte "(Garantie non inclus)" Toute une manière de traité un client... Moi si mon employé parlait comme ça à un client... même si un client t'envois promené (ce que je n'ai pas fait, je lui ai tout simplement dit que je le trouvais croche et que j'étais déçu et méfiant), tu dois quand même rester poli envers les clients... Normalement la chose à faire aurait été de m'expliquer poliment la différence entre les 2 soumission et de dire que c'est juste un oublie de sa part dans la 2e soumission et qu'il était désolé que se soit passé de cette manière... cela aurait été si simple. J'aurais peut être même accepté son erreur. et me serais excuser d'avoir mal compris sa soumission et j'aurais pu finalement accepté cette soumission mais avec une réponse comme celle qui m'a donné!! Dans le fond, Mr. P. c'est tiré dans le pied en ratant l'occasion de faire une vente à cause de son attitude... De mon côté je ne perd rien et continue mes recherches... je ne suis pas pressé de toute manière... Je tenais à en faire part au client prochain qui feront affaire avec Mr. P.... Et j'espère que ce message ce rendra à la haute direction... C'est pas une manière de parlé avec un client...

Dès le départ, le représentant m'a donné des conseils judicieux, sans pression, et il a pris le temps de m'expliquer en détails les caractéristiques des différents modèles disponibles. Le jour de l'installation, une équipe professionnelle composée de deux frigoristes et d'un électricien certifié s'est présentée chez moi. Ils ont répondu à mes questions avec courtoisie et ont fait un travail propre et sans bavure. Au niveau du prix, je peux vous dire que c'est une entreprise tout à fait honnête. Pas comme celle de ma localité, qui a pourtant une quasi note parfaite sur Google, mais qui a osé me proposer un système identique en tout point à l'un évalué chez Thermoco, mais pour 2040$ de plus, avant taxes! Une entreprise avec des «Pratrix» de prix douteuses si l'on peut dire... Fouillez mes avis si vous avez besoin de détails. Quand je prend le temps d'écrire, c'est pour dénoncer des situations déplorables (et souligner les entreprises honorables aussi!). Après avoir évalué les prix via un ensemble Daikin (pour comparer des pommes avec des pommes), j'ai opté pour mon premier choix, le modèle Fujitsu Halcyon XLTH. C'est vraiment un produit performant. Mes plinthes électriques n'ont pas parti depuis l'installation et ce, même par des températures avoisinant les -25. J'ai hâte à l'été pour valider les performances en climatisation. Ceci dit, j'ai un dernier conseil à vous donner: Prenez TOUJOURS le temps d'évaluer plusieurs soumissions, surtout pour un achat de ce prix. Certains vendeurs tenteront de camoufler un total gonflé en jouant avec les chiffres (i.e. en soustrayant les rabais de manufacturier, les subventions et/ou les crédits d'impôt). Ne vous laissez pas endormir. Et ne croyez pas que les prix sont similaires, d'un détaillant à l'autre. Vérifiez vous aussi et, comme moi, vous tomberez en bas de votre chaise!

Je n’ai définitivement pas le goût d’acheter un de leur produit suite à cet expérience la journée où je devrai changer ou modifier ma climatisation ou si je ne suis pas un client d’assez grande envergure, aurais-je droit aux même service de refus?

(Original) 4/5 ou 3/5 sinon 2/5 ? le vendeur Martin nous a expliquer notre situation et fait plusieurs proposition tous a des prix compétitif avec des garanties intéressantes , il a même répondu a mes questions un dimanche complètement en dehors des heures de travail sur ce coter A+ , puis vien l’installation bien que fort sympathique les deux installateur ont l'air complètement désespérer du dossier qui ne semble une facile de routine, le caping qui camoufle les hoses est croche par endroit et vis par des metal screw tres tres visible, le plafond suspendu n'a pas été réinstaller en finissant leur tache, les mur sali n'ont pas été nettoyer ,ils ont percer un trou au travers de la maison pour rien , ils ont laisser traîner sur le terrain des bout de laine , des morceau d’aluminium du revêtement extérieur, des section de boyeau de drain, et même un bout de lame d'exacto finalement la cerise sur le sundai les hose était ''bloquer'' il a donc décider de souder un tuyaux flambant neuf .... machine neuf et déjà en mode réparation :/ bref une fois le nettoyage fait quelque tiewrap installer ce qui ne ma pas tuer, les machines Daikin sont tres efficace silencieuse et plusieurs fonction fort intéressante. Malgré leur prix exorbitant sans l'ombre d'un doute je les recommande.
