I relaunched, the gentleman tells me that he will call me back, I ask him if he has my number (I have a private #), answers me that he is on the contract .... contract that he probably didn't since he hadn't called me back. Refused to take it down and never called me back. Big lack of professionalism and a waste of time. (Original) Venu faire une soumission le 10 mai, j'ai accepté et signé le contrat. Ils devaient me rappeler dans les 2 semaines pour définir la date des travaux..... jamais eu de nouvelles. J'ai relancé, le monsieur me dit qu'il va me rappeler, je lui demande s'il a mon numéro (j'ai un # privé), me répond qu'il est sur le contrat.... contrat qu'il n'a probablement pas puisque qu'il m'avait pas rappelé. Refuse de le prendre en note et ne m'a encore jamais rappelé. Gros manque de professionnalisme et une perte de temps.
