I cancelled my wireless home phone line with them in May 2018 here at this mall location and asked if they would also return the modem, which they said no since it has been longer than 30 days, so thats fine and it has been a few months since and no bills coming to my email or text on my smartphone... (I also switched my mobile phone service in May 2018 to Fido since they hade a cheaper plan with an extra GB a month promotion going on.) The NOT fine part? I just not notice from Koodo that I owe $178 dollars or they will come after my credit rating... so they obviously didn't cancel my home phone line like I asked at this mall location, many months ago... I highly recommend avoiding Koodo for their home phone line, and warn you to be cautious if you do use their services and are going to cancel any of them... make extra-sure they are actually cancelled I guess.

Zero accountability The store voicemail referrs you to the 1800 number. The phone number message says their not open But I can talk to a bot on the website (that is garbage by the way both not and website) the bot says call the number that’s not open and the website stole my money. My issue: I have a 350$ credit and I want it back pronto. This is an emergency. I tried to buy a phone I paid the website with. My phone broke so using the technology I had I tried to contact my loved ones who are in fort Murray Alberta and bc. (Huge issues there over the course of this pandemic.) unable to use my phone service and unable to contact anyone and unable to purchase a phone and unable to speak to anyone you all proceeded to charge me my monthly rate during a global emergency with no representation or public message of substance. My question why is that The company is flatlined but there is still people packaging and sending phones from the online store? Was in a pickle and needed a phone asap, got recommended the galaxy A71 guy at the booth told me its the best phone of 2020, so far the screen dosnt want to turn by itself so I do it manually, honestly speaking the speakers are trash you can barely hear anything and when the volume is all the way up the sound quality becomes static. The worse feature is the accidental tap when unlocking the phone. Also when I charge my phone I can't use it because the phone will shock me.. this phone should be 50 bucks flat

I highly highly recommend Koodo for your phone service. The representatives are amazing. When I went to the kiosk in HSC I was greeted very warmly. The girl I dealt with was absolutely awesome we came into some issues and the manager had to come in a couple times he was amazing also. I give 5 star because they deserve it. Had to take advantage of the amazing boxing day sales on the new Samsung Galaxy S21. The sales associate that helped me with the new phone was Summer! Summer was great at helping me get the best price and was super helpful getting everything set up for me. The process was seamless and quick. I'm a longtime Telus customer and it's people like Summer that keep me a customer. Fantastic experience. The store is well stocked, large and kept very clean! Was shopping around for a new phone and plan and LeeAnn and Emily were by far the most helpful. They were fun, engaged, informative and I felt no pressure to buy. When I was ready LeeAnn started setting up my account before realizing they were out of the phone I wanted. She took the time to find one nearby, called ahead to make sure they were ready for me and gave me all the info I needed to continue. Had nothing but great experiences with Koodo for 7+ years. Now it seems this past year my data is constantly running out (12gb) plus I have home internet. Also, there is a new guy working behind the counter in the Corner Brook stand who carry’s a chip on his shoulder as myself and a friend on a separate occasion has been spoken to with disrespect. He even stated there were other carriers around & options if I wanted better customer service when I stated how rude and unmannerly he was. My friend also had issues with this person a few days ago. His name starting with a N! He clearly does not care of Koodo customers or his position as he seems to carry some grand entitlement. Should note I’ve never had an issue with any other person here before now!
