I was in traffic, with a big truck in front of me. Behind me - a van belonging to Carmichael-eng, which was sticking to me SO close, as close as possible without hitting me, the driver clearly raging. FInally, he decides to SUDDENLY swerve to the right, passing over a DOUBLE LINE (very illegal), at top speed, and then ANOTHER double line. Seeing that, there's no way I'd ever feel safe dealing with this business.

Terrible service. Had a service contract for HVAC units. When a compressor blew, they said it was because of low refregerant and they don't check that as part of the maintenance plan. They quoted to replace the compressor and we had them do the job. The first repair failed, subsequent repairs made the cost go way over the bid and the unit never worked right.
