(Translated) I bought A / C Forest Air mini split at a hardware store. Easy to install, very low noise. On the other hand, low quality construction and I doubt the capacity of the 10,000 BTUs. The remote appears to be made of cardboard. After only 3 days of use the thermostat remained blocked at 30o celcius. I wrote to ForestAir in Beloeil (Gree) via their online form to see if there was a way to do a "reset". No answer. I called. Return call 48 hours later, customer service indifferent. I am really disappointed with this product. Reported to the store. The hardware store told me that it had had a lot of feedback in two weeks and would no longer hold that mark. J'ai écris à ForestAir à Beloeil (Gree) via leur formulaire en ligne pour voir s'il n'y avait pas un moyen de faire un "reset". Pas de réponse. J'ai téléphoné. Retour d'appel 48h plus tard, service client indifférent. Je suis vraiment déçu de ce produit. Rapporté au magasin. La quincaillerie m'a dit qu'elle avait eu en deux semaines beaucoup de retour et qu'elle ne tiendrait plus cette marque.

Call them to have an information about a product recently bought to see if there was a problem. The girl who answered told me to call a company that are installing their product, because nobody there can respond to me, she didnt even try to get a hold on someone(it is not about an installation problem)... GREE not knowing their own product??? So I wrote them an email to see if it will get thru someone else, still no answer after two weeks, not even an automatic respond...
