Based on our experience, awful in every way. Convinced us to install the interior unit in the corner of our kitchen so you are either freezing or frying...also the cold air is sucked out by the hood, unit on roof vibrates so much that we couldn't turn it on when our upstairs neighbors were home. They refused to fix the problems, even when we offered to pay. My advice.... run

Very disappointed at the service! My husband and I made like over twelve phone calls to book the appointment for our heat pump. They finally gave us an appointment, but there was no technician showed up. Even worse, I've already called them three times to ask what happened, every time they asked me to leave the phone number and promised to call me back soon, but so far still nobody calls me back and tells me what's going on. Never had such a bad customer experience like that! Are they really doing business???

They just said it would not come and gave me a phone number from another company that did not make other customers' customers. Aucune excuse, une indifférence total envers moi. Ils mont simplement dit qu'il ne viendrait pas et m'ont donné un numéro de téléphone d'une autre entreprise qui ne font pas les clients des autres. Vraiment je ne recommande pas cette entreprise

I contacted this company on July 3rd to have someone come look at my tenants AC on Mountain Sights. I was told that someone was going to come on July 9th. On July 9th no one showed up to my tenants apartment to look at the AC. I called again and spoke to Sean on July 10th and he reschedule us for the following day July 11th 2019. July 11th the AC repair man DIDN'T SHOW UP AGAIN. I called back on July 11th and spoke to an older gentlemen who assured me that someone would go look at the unit the following day July 12th 2019. July 12th finally someone came to look at my tenants AC and I was suppose to receive a diagnosis on what we should do about the issue. I called July 12th 2019 with no one knowing what was happening and I was told that Id have the repair man call me to give me the diagnosis. By July 15th 2019 I still l received no phone or email in regards to what is happening with the AC, I called 2 times on July 15th with no answer. July 18th I spoke to Sean again and he told he would send me an email with all the information about the AC unit and I gave him my email address AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING. On July 23rd I called again and spoke to a guy and gave him my number and he told me he'd call the technician Youseff and call me with the report and still nothing.This is absolutely unacceptable and all I want is to know what is happening with the AC unit for my tenant. I highly suggest against this company and it is a complete waste of time.

The service is very bad. I had an appointment scheduled on a saturday and the technician did not show up. I called them and they said they had a computer issues with scheduling so hey would call me back. I've called them 3 times to re-schedule and still no return of calls. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

i asked someone to provide an estimate to fix a noise in my ducts. they charged me 200$ to have a conversation. No one told me that an estimate was going to cost 200$. extremely dishonest.

Airvitech was more responsive than other companies from the first call. Next thing I knew I had a new heat pump and high wall unit being installed by a focused, hard-working team who knew exactly what they were doing. They were respectful to me and my home and clean up was very minimal. I was dreading the replacement of my old unit, but now feel really good about having picked the right company and I'm currently enjoying a whisper quiet machine and a much warmer home. Would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks guys! Lauren

My air conditioner was leaking water from the inside and one of the techs answering the phone gave me excellent advice on how to deal with my situation and it turned out very positive ! I fixed the problem myself with a simple advice from the tech (unfortunately I didn't get his name) .
