Installed French doors off my parents bedroom and "forgot" to put the screens on. Brought ONE screen a month later, installed it broken (not fitting the frame and holes on the bottom) and haven't even bothered with the 2nd. It's been 3 months hounding them with no response. They sent us the invoice which I will NOT pay until the job is done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Not very happy had all windows and doors done over 10000 in work done worked good for first 2 years there big thing is if THEY install warranty is for life right......wrong when they want money from you there on the ball as for fixing there bad install 3 weeks now with the front a front door that wont latch or lock and still herd nothing ill probably be getting a different company to come in and fix there mistake wish i had went with 1 of my other 2 quotes BUYERS BEWARE.......Update three weeks after the man came to fix the door he had no flashing that was black and needed to fix it a different way after he told me he didn't have any on him he would be back in a couple days 3 weeks later I find when I come home from work silver flashing bent to look like Steps on the pedestal of the doorway open in one end so water could get in there. my son stepped on it walking in the door and bent it in half because it was hollow and underneath very disappointed I called back and they've been giving me the run-around ever since this whole thing started in June and now we're in late November do i get someone else to fix it and take them to small claims court hmmmmm not sure yet.

Just had 9 windows installed in our log home. Colored on the exterior and pine stainable on the interior. ..amazing. love them. The guys made it all look so easy. Would highly recommend them.

Needed all new windows and doors for my new house. Was an all round positive experience. Great selection of products at a great price. Knowledgeable staff that helped me through the process. The shipper that delivered our load of windows and doors was the cream on top. Came in early to meet us at the jobsite at an early hour....very accommodating. We worried that the load of windows was too large for one person to deliver but he assured us that he was used to handling big loads.

View Tech recently installed a new bay window in my living room and a window in my garage. I have also used them in the past to replace my front and back doors as well as my patio door. I have always received quality work from View Tech. The installation crew is willing to go above and beyond. They were not able to get my bay window onto my covered porch because of its size and had to dismantle part of my metal railing that was bolted to concrete, brick & the roof instead of bringing it through the house and risking damage to the floors. They did a great job putting everything back and you couldn’t tell it was ever removed. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning up afterwards. I will continue to be a repeat customer in the future.

We were looking for high end modern windows for our new home in Prince Edward County. We went to many showrooms in the city as we did not know there were anyone in the area that could fill our needs. Turns out View Tech has a great selection of upper end low profile modern windows. and that included a large folding door. They also were able to offer professional installation into the new build. It took the weight off of our builder and gave us their 5 year installation warranty. A fantastic experience.

I hired this company to replace all of the second floor windows for our "new to us" but 30 yr old home . My one and only stipulation was that the new windows were to match the old windows on the main floor as much as possible. Of course, cost was important as well-and quotes were competitive. So I contracted the work to Viewtech, mainly on their reputation. Site meetings were on time and professional. My hopes were high. Unfortunately, a mistake was made, and the wrong # of panes/window were ordered and installed (the company was trusted so much that the work was done while I was away). Not only did Viewtech acknowledged the problem, but immediately took responsibility for the error and agreed on a plan of remedial action. Not only that, it was done within a quick timeframe, and everything (including lifetime extended warranty, window trim and even cutting old blinds to fit the new windows (1/4" difference) was done with a team effort from all. The new windows look wonderful, I couldn't be more pleased. Bottom line, despite the "hiccup" (and we all make mistakes) I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and when I need to replace our 1st floor windows, I will be calling this team back.

Wish I had never met Jason! He is sneaky, and took advantage of my husband and I. He is nice at the beginning to get your business and then gives you the runaround when there are issues. Wish I could give him zero stars. I looked him up and he has a few businesses, maybe that's part of his time management problem. Definitely do not use this guy!
