Second time using Reid's - as with the first time it was a great experience. Small job that some don't seem interested in doing. Reid's came on-site and gave a no-charge quote. Had to move the initial planned date - no problems. Showed up on-time, set up quickly, got the job done completely to my satisfaction, then cleaned up and left everything neat and ready for drywall. Will use them again.

It takes a team to run a good business. From the Reception woman named Sonia, and Rob the Sales man. To the insulation men, Luke and Steve. They All work together, to run an efficient, well organized team. I am very impressed with the insulation job they have done for me. I would highly recommend them. Thank you

Perhaps they do good work but I wouldn't know. I had them booked to insulate our new home since May 2021and when it came time to do the work in Oct 2021 I had a very difficult time trying to contact them. When I was finally connected with the owner he was in the middle of a melt down. He told me he was burnt out, had a sore knee and had to take some time off and I would have to get someone else to do the work. I will be building 5 new homes in 2022 and you can bet that I will not be reaching out to Reid's to do the work!!!

The price I was offered was very very competitive and reasonable. If, the house I was going to buy didn't fall through I would have absolutely hired this team to do any work. This team provided me with sound trust not only in their expertise, but in their high level of knowledge, and willingness to care about my asset as if it was theirs. Thank you SO MUCH. I will not seek out insulating contractors in my area. This team is my choice!
