Kevin was accommodating to our requests and gave great advice for choices we didn't think about. Pricing was reasonable and more importantly fair. There were unforeseen complications mid job and Kevin addressed them to our satisfaction. Would use again if needed in the future.

I have had work done by Kevin & Quinte Siding & Roofing in the past. And when repairs to my roof was needed after the wind storm, they were the first people to call. Kevin came over in a very timely manner & upon discussion, it was decided that new shingles & roof vents should go on the roof now, rather than later. Two days later, work was started & due to some inclement weather, the job was completed within 3 days. The men were very professional , answering questions about things that I was not quite sure of. The job site was kept clean during & at the end of their work day, and upon completion of the job the yard was immaculate. Would I recommend Quinte Siding & Roofing ? ..... by all means !! We had a garage and gazebo roof done. The team showed up and were incredibly professional and courteous. The took extreme care to leave the place cleaner than when they arrived. Kevin did a great job of the estimate. There were no hidden expenses. Exactly what I asked for, on time, on scope and on budget. What more could you want?

Didn't perform a proper clean up, won't honour workmanship warranty. Did not install flashings as required and collected payment for eavestrough and never did the work. Has operated as Quinte Roofing and General Contracting, Quinte Siding and now Quinte Siding and Roofing. He's a salesman who works out of his pickup and subcontracts all work to second rate crews. All work is subcontracted to other contractors he's a salesman in a truck, nothing else. Ultimately I was forced to sue him in order to get the money back for the work that was not completed and the repairs to the subpar work performed. He ignored every step of the process through the courts and I received a default judgement. When he originally "Refunded" me for the eaves work he gave me a cheque for $398 not realizing he had quoted them separately at $1100+ HST essentially trying to scam me out of the difference. This "Refund" was only given after he was threatened with going to court. He has changed his name again either because he no longer does roofing or simply to escape the scathing Better Business Bureau reviews. Read Trusted Pros reviews.

The home I bought in Belleville needed a lot of repair and updating. Quinte Siding and Contracting provided an accurate and very reasonable quote and did the work in a timely manner. Because of their superior eavestroughing, I had no issue with leaves in the fall and the new drainage solved a long-time foundation moisture issue. The premium window replacement in my outdoor workshop will allow me to efficiently heat and work right through the winter. Where they really shone was in follow up. Kevin checked the finished work to make sure I was satisfied and I'm so appreciative. I would recommend them to anyone.

In the recent wind storm we lost some shingles. Kevin had done the roof dome 10 or 11 years ago. When I phoned him fir help he told me they didn’t do roofs any more but he knew someone who could help. He came through big time. The crew arrived in the afternoon and the work was completed quickly. Had a roofing job done by this company and my roof leaked for years. They never fixed it and I had to repair the interior damage each time. Lots of promissions but never was able to fix the mistakes. I finally had another fix and repair the damage. BBB has the complains and details one file but theyou also were unable to get results. It cost me a year delay in selling my house and hundreds of dollars to repair. Kevin has zero credibility You can refer back to the BBB. For 317 bleecker ave in Belleville. There was never any follow up. Just promises while my roof leaked every year and you were unable to fix it. Flooded right down to my basement and cause interior damage right down my stairs and in the washroom ceiling and wall. It delayed selling my house while it was listed because it kept leaking. Eventually I relized the warranty wasn't worth anything and I had a contractor repair the leaks.

Unbelievably professional I called, text and tried website quotes from at least a dozen different roofers and Quinte Siding and Roofers were the only one to answer and reply. Great communication, and extremely effective, we were heading on a trip in about 10 days and needed the roof done asap. Kevin meet us the next day for a quote and had his team hear the following Monday and the finished the last bit of the work on 16th Nov even while it was Snowing. They only use a quality shingle with a 100% warranty for 20 years that is transferable if you sell your house what more can you ask for? You will get great service and quality of you use Quinte Siding and roofers.

Does not matter if there called 40 year shingles if they blow off in the spring from a bad install and who's backing them anyway . Competitive price that gives you peace of mind for 20 years and a check up every 2 which all included. They only use top of the line products with a warranty to match. You get what you pay for
