If zero stars were an option, would not even give 1. Mark is HIGHLY unorganized, incompetent and a thief. A wolf in sheeps clothing. Do not trust him. He is dishonest. An over $115K renovation resulted in an unfinished product and Mark refusing to complete his work!!! Yes you read that right, OVER $115K he pocketed! Other contractors scoffing at how we got ripped off by over $60K. $60K!!!!!! Mark took great advantage of an unfortunate situation - our close family are in complete awe, and are hurting for us. Would never recommend this contractor to anyone. Avoid at ALL costs - you have been warned.
