We contracted Bi-Temp to supply & install the boiler system, HRV system, and ductless heat pump system at our residential build. Not only did they provide the most up to date equipment and technology, but provided professional service beyond our expectations. They worked extremely well in cooperation of other trades involved with the project and always came through on time and as promised. Preemptive purchasing ensured there were no delays in light of current supply chain issues. Pricing was very competitive considering all of the above, and we would not hesitate to contact them for any future HVAC needs.

Highly recommend! These guys just switched us off oil and installed a new carrier Propane furnace in our house and they were outstanding. Our sales rep, Matt even helped organize our Propane set up, removal of our excess oil and all the timing. It went off without a hitch. Peter and Brian did the installation and despite a barking German Shepherd and 1 1/2 year old baby getting in their way they were professional from minute one, didn't leave a spec of dirt and even cleaned and wiped down everything when they left. Literally washed walls if a hand touched them. Just amazing guys! Definitely would use them again.

We used Bi-Temp to install our NTI boiler system for a 14 loop radiant in-floor system in our 4200sq. ft. metal fabrication shop. We are from Peterborough, so not really in their area but we had used Justin in the past for home furnace fixes and really liked working with him. Justin is super knowledgable and hard-working and he managed to fit us in for an install quickly despite being really busy. The final setup looks professional and the heat feels great! His team, Alex and Matt, put in an incredibly long day in the cold to get everything done and were awesome to deal with. We couldn't be happier with their service and would recommend Justin and his team to anyone. 5-star service, products and employees!

There aren’t enough positive words to say about this company, its owner (Justin) and his team. Justin is a business owner who understands this is your home. He has very high standards and is a man of integrity. He has a pleasant, knowledgeable and professional staff. They met every deadline, went above and beyond and were a joy to have on the site. We were very excited to be building our dream home. Since we are first time builders, we had many questions. We chose Bi-Temp because they were very responsive and happy to answer all our questions (even before we were customers). That never changed. We had Justin install in-floor heat, an air to air heat pump (for air conditioning and heat for shoulder seasons) and HRV system. The results have been a quiet and comfortable home with very high-quality equipment. We hesitate to put a door on our utility room because our boiler is a work of art :) Yesterday, Justin gave us a personal tour and instructions on all of our new system. Honestly, we hated to say goodbye! Using this contractor was the best decision of our build.

Bi-Temp tech. Kevin T. was amazing. We had another company come and they did not check for leaks or do much to get our AC running. Kevin found a leak, installed sealant just in case, and got our system running again instead of just offering to install a new system as the other two companies wanted to do. We are very happy to not throw out an air conditioner which was still functioning.

Justin and his team are excellent. They are very professional, friendly and responsive. Last summer they came to fix our A/C as it was on its last legs and based on that experience (with one call in the evening they were there within a few hours and fixed it right away) when we decided on a new furnace and AC they were our choice. Their work was neat and clean, they told us how to prepare in advance, when they would be there and how long it would take. They met all their commitments. They gave us options with different price points and lots of information before we made our decision. There was no pressure. When we had a question they answered right away, their entire team is very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely have them do our maintenance going forward. A great local company.

Amazing fast response! Very nice and considerate team! Working with our family and business for many years! And they saved my business during Christmas Eve! On 24th Dec 2021. I felt so desperate that my business building lost heating due to malfunction of a pressure switch in the furnace. Linda sent his guy in noon and replaced a new universal pressure switch in about 1 hour. This is crucial for my business and brought us a warm and happy holiday! I can’t thank them more. I can’t comment on price competitiveness, but I can certainly comment on the level of service I experienced with Bi-Temp on the Heat Pump I purchased from them. Here are some highlights: the sales person (Matt Bulley) was very knowledgeable technically, listened carefully to what my needs were, and provided in a very timely manner (unlike the competition) a detailed quotation on three possible options; that salesperson was also the lead installer supervising the installation team and fully capable of doing installation when needed – one person in charge from start to finish; the finishing touches were carefully done and speak to pride of workmanship; the project started and finished as originally scheduled. That service standard extends to the Bi-Temp back office. Even though the rebate application was strictly my responsibility, when I was initially turned down by the rebate program over some serial number technical glitch, Bi-Temp’s Office Manager took charge of the problem, contacted the rebate program, sorted the problem out, and gave me a full report. So how would I rate my service experience with Bi-Temp? In a word: Top Notch (okay, two words). Brien McKenna, December 2018.

Never in my long life, have I encountered such an excellent company as Bi-Temp. Much of the credit goes to Justin Boisvert the owner who has hired and developed such excellent staff. What stands out is the attention to detail and the willingness to do thorough research to solve problems. Above all, we are indebted to Matt Bulley who has solved some critical problems and given us peace of mind. In our situation it is a great help to know that there are excellent “go-to-people” like Justin and Matt. For the last 4 years, we have been living off-grid in new 5,000 sq ft house in the country. Our equipment is: • 56 solar panels (tracker and fixed) • 6 wind turbines • ERV (ventilation system) • Solar thermal system with basement in-floor heating and heaters in each room • Wood fire with copper tubing around it (heats house and water) • Well and septic system The following were bought from and installed by Bi-Temp. They were exactly what we needed and have been working very well without any problems. • A/C & Heating wall unit • On-demand propane boiler Matt installed the boiler early in 2020. Since then he has solved longstanding problems with the ERV and the solar thermal heating. (The solar thermal system was installed by another company.) He even solved a small problem with a gadget on one of our toilets! Before Bi-temp, we had 3 very stressful years adjusting to and overcoming problems with our equipment. Fortunately, we have a company who has solved some very serious problems with the solar system. (We did not buy this system form this company). Now thanks very much to Bi-Temp, we can finally enjoy living in our house. For anyone planning to go-off grid, I would highly recommend Bi-Temp.
