No corners were cut, no detail went unnoticed and the final product (done on time); is STUNNING! They really do make you fall in love with your home again. You will not be disappointed! When you meet Steve and Al, you understand immediately why they stand apart and above other contractors/companies. They go above and beyond throughout your project and sincerely become a friend. I spoke with someone over the phone today, but apparently he does not come out to give estimates that are under fifty thousand. I guess that I will take my forty thousand dollar business to another company. The conversation over the phone does not even deserve a star. Absolutely rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A truly amazing company to deal with. Steve and Al made the entire process seamless. We started with a standard 3 piece bath c/w a small shower and ended up with an awesome double shower c/w beautiful tile and glass walls. My wife and I have found our new "go to" company.

I would give a zero if possible. A couple months ago I reached out to Steve looking at getting a quote to remove a load bearing wall. He put me in touch with his business partner Al who came out and did an inspection of the scope of work. Al provided a verbal estimate on the spot. A couple days later, I asked him to provide a written estimate. He emailed me an estimate outlining the work involved. I told him I wanted to proceed immediately and did not haggle on the price. He told me to let him know when I put in for a permit and that he could start right after getting the permit. I contacted him Oct 31 and told him I had put in for a permit and he told me he would line up the work for middle of Nov. Upon receiving my permit, I called him and he said he would start the following week. After a few of his promised start dates came and went I was forced to call and call to try and schedule another date. He said that he was held up on a previous job and would reach out that week with an update. Not once did he call me to provide an update. I reached out to him a few times Dec 4 and left him a vm message on his cell as well as text and even called the main office number (did not bother leaving a message) as I shouldn’t have to try this hard to spend money. I have still not heard back from him. I have lost over a month of finding another contractor to complete my renovations. If he was too busy, not interested, or delayed, all he had to do was provide an update instead of keep promising me a timeline he simply could not commit to. Don’t waste your time!!

Secure Contracting is AMAZING! We recently moved to a new house and wanted to have our basement completed before moving in. Not only did Steve find a way to get it done in a tight time frame, but he was on budget and provided excellent communication (and even photos!) every step of the way. He was responsive to every one of our inquiries, and fully explained all aspects of the project and detailed quote to us. As we weren’t yet living in the house, we trusted Steve and his team to access our property via lock box, and they completed the project beautifully and on time, and left no trace of their contracting mess. We highly recommend Secure Contracting and will be hiring Steve again in the near future for other projects. We’ve never had the pleasure of working with such a professional and caring contractor before. We LOVE our new family room! Thanks, Steve & team!

We have used Secure Contracting for reno''s on our rental property as well as our own home. They were patient in discussing each reno project that we presented so there was a clear understanding of what we wanted. Steve and AL have great work ethics and are very attentive to all aspects of the job they are doing as well as to keeping everything within todays building codes. We were always kept on top of the progress of the job. The people that they have working for them are professional in their trades. At the end of each days work, the work site was never left in a mess. They have always completed the jobs within the timeline that they qouted. They are very attentive to the detail of the job, and will stay with it until it is proper to our expectations. Using Secure Contracting to do the work on our second rental apartment as well as our home was never a question after seeing the job they did on the first rental for us. Steve and AL are easy going people and even though there is a working relationship with them we are happy to have become friends as well. We would have no issues in hiring them again for any future jobs.
