We had our back deck done by Pivato Contracting, and couldn't be happier! They really went above and beyond in every way, our deck looks beautiful and was really on the budget. They even cleaned up after they were done every day, and made sure everything is going to last for a long time. They also checked in a few weeks after completion to see how we were enjoying the deck and if there was anything that we needed looking at. Top notch quality, top notch craftsmanship, and really friendly as well! Couldn't be happier, Pivato is now our go-to contracting company for sure!

After ripping up some old carpet and exposing a sketchy subfloor, we wanted some professional help/guidance installing new nursery floors. Dan was responsive, helpful and professional throughout the entire process, from recommending a high-quality luxury vinyl plank flooring brand (and vendor), to answering numerous questions about levelling, and fixing loud creaks. (And even several Qs about unrelated projects!) He made the entire process easy, sealing, back-screwing and levelling the subfloor, and installing the new vinyl planks and baseboards for us. We couldn't be happier with the result of his recommendations (it's like a whole new room!) and look forward to doing the rest of our floors!

They were all very nice and accommodating. And as for them having to be in your home on a regular basis ... Before long they no longer seemed like "strangers"... just friends we hadn't met yet!! I'd say their workmanship is worth the $$$ Also if it so happened that you thought there to be even the slightest imperfection they would gladly have it done to your liking; to ensure you were happy with the end result. I'd highly recommended these talented men, as they indeed no their craft!

Dan and his crew completed an extensive renovation of our second floor. This included two complete bathroom renos, replacing carpet with hardwood flooring throughout, replacing treads, risers and pickets on the main stairway plus constructing a new frame and mantle for a replacement fireplace in the family room. We were impressed with their enthusiasm, knowledge, work ethic and attention to detail. They definitely take pride in their work. We would highly recommend them.
