Jin Li Roofing was referred to me by a home inspector, I have referred them to a few of my clients, however, I did not have the pleasure of using their services until the other day. Communication was an issue but in the end my leak was fixed urgently. They installed a big vent properly. A smaller vent was not to my satisfaction but likely communication issues lead to that. Overall, I am satisfied. In the summer i will check the work thoroughly but for now i am happy the leak is fixed.

I watched do roof near me , they just slap the shingles on , not APPLIED properly . There are 2 whirly bird vents on the roof and they haven't spun in at least 5 years because they are seized , they should have replaced the whirly birds but instead reinstalled them back on the roof ....the company cheaped out and GUARANTEE D TO LEAK , they're not professional , hacks

This company was great, very quick work done very well, suggested the proper number of vents and accommodated my request for adding vents for my range hood and bathrooms. They were always in contact for if a change needed to be made for weather. Very flexible for my own schedule. Would call again if I move.

I've had this company replace a couple roofs for me, They are honest and trustworthy. They use BP and IKO as products and I haven't had any issues with the installations. They back their product with a 10 Year warranty and don't hide anything when you ask for documentation. I would recommend them as they are competitive priced and will match any other quotes.

I emailed Jin Li Roofing because I had concerns I was missing a couple of shingles on my roof. Two hours later they were here checking it out. I took quotes from 8 different roofer, Jin Li roofing wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive but they were by far the most attentive to my needs. I had some variables that needed to be addressed and they adjusted to my requests and obstacles. They gave me a fair price, stripped, cleaned, prepped, shingled and cleaned up a 3400 square foot home in 5 hours. They worked like a mini army and oddly seemed to enjoy themselves, I heard them laughing and joking amongst together but at all times remained VERY professional. The one bad review looks to me as though someone tried to trick the roofers to lock into a unrealistic quote. The low quote alone should have made the home owner confirm the job that was required to be done. Give this roofer your job, be honest and you will not be sorry and there will not be any surprises.

I recently had our roof replaced entirely with Jin Li Roofing. They were very clear and patient in explaing the items included and optional add-ons as well as made very valuable recommendation on shingle brand and color selection. The replacement work was done both professinally and efficiently, and clean up afterwards was very thorough as well. They've even helped fixed a few potential leaking areas due to plywood wearing out, which saved me from a huge hassel and cost in the future. I would highly recommend Jin Li roofing to anyone needs to repair or replace their roof.

Horrible experience. No stars if that was an option A quote was given to do our roof and a deposit was paid. The crew showed up at 8:30 and started removing the shingles. After the work started, I was told that it was going to cost an additional 5000 because they didn’t realize that part of the roof was flat. I was not willing to pay an extra 5000. I was told that I should have mentioned that part of the roof was flat, even though they came to house to look at the roof and provide the quote. The crew ended up patching a quarter of the roof, from the shingles they had taken off and left. Do not use this company!!!!!

We needed to replace a shingled roof, so after getting a several quotes from local companies in Barrie, we have contacted Jin Li Roofing, who provided their quote, which was lowest of all. We have read all of the reviews on Google and decided to go with them on the basis of everything that we have read. Roof was done very quickly and painlessly. As I didn’t want to climb on the roof to check the workmanship, I have hired a roof inspector. Inspector gave me a glowing report, saying that workmanship was absolutely superb. Inspector also mentioned that our roof had several complicated spots and roofers did not cut any corners and did everything by the book, covering everything diligently. Inspector was impressed. I was so happy that I hired Jin Li! Give them business - these guys are hardest working and diligent!
