We had our shingles replaced the first of this month and the weather was great & the AK guys had it done quickly & efficiently. Both Harry & I really appreciated the safety this company took with their workers. First team of roofers we EVER saw actually using harnesses. The men were polite, considerate & very tidy. They protected everything we had outside, from tarped the deck to collect the old shingles etc, to moving everything off the deck to protect it. The finished product was beautiful & we both highly recommend this company for any roofing job you may need done. A week later, the owner of AK Enterprises dropped in, & even went up on the roof to inspect the job his men did. Now THAT'S a sign of a boss who cares, not only for his company, but for his employees & the job they do for his clients. Thank you so much AK. We are another satisfied customer!

They finished our roof a few days ago. Trevor, the owner and Leslie, business manager were very professional and easy to contact by email and phone. Trevor addressed all my concerns. He checked the job himself the day after finishing. The crews were very friendly and serious in their job. The only issue was with cleaning up the nails. I found some nails in front yard, driveway and backyard that will be a problem with all other roofing companies as well. Totally, my experience with AK Enterprise was very good. Thank you.

Job was done quickly once they got at it. Was originally to be done in the fall but weather delayed it til March. Roof looks good. Price quoted was accurate. Trevor addressed all my concerns promptly.

It took a good month and a bit before we could get our roof done after putting down our deposit. Communication with the office was non existant (they don't seem to answer the phones), however, when I got in touch with Trevor, it increased tenfold. We never got an approximate install date, just the initial 3-4 weeks, which kept getting pushed back (weather). Finally, Trevor was able to narrow it down to a week and gave us the heads up 2 days prior. The material delivery guy never heard of AK Enterprises, which worried me, but with the communications with Dave (who noticed an issue and vowed to rectify it) and Trevor prior to all this, I knew it would be ok. Additionally, research shows we were in good hands (as they are part of the Better Business Bureau). The installers were efficient and polite. They cleaned up the property excellently and installed good looking shingles. I'd recommend these guys again, but I'd share my experience along with my concerns as well, in order to make the most educated decision.

I received call immediately after requesting quote. Price was better than 2 other quotes for same work and received quality tile. The guys were quick and offered payment options. Have been in business since 1979 and with Better Business Bureau. They answered tons of questions and inspected work after. Highly recommend. MJR

The workers did a great job on the roof and everyone we dealt with was friendly. Our only negative was the cleanup. We found so many nails on the ground in plain sight, which we had to clean up quickly so our kids could play outside again. There are huge ruts in our grass from the materials trailer and they placed the skid with the supplies right on top of our sprinkler head.

Things went very well! With Covid times affecting scheduling and the weather, removing the shingles and sheeting became challenging. We reinsulated, sheeted and sealed up! The job was completed as requested and it was a pleasure working with Trevor and Chris to solve our roof challenges!

Our house had a few missing tiles from a storm so we called them and they charged us $500 to replace a handful of shingles and were there about 20 mins. We didn't realize AK Enterprises were the only company in town to charge such high minimum call fees when we agreed to pay. Wish we had went with another company now we are out a few hundred dollars for a patch job.

I had AK Roofing referred to me from a good friend of mine. We met with Trevor, the owner of the company, and we were really impressed with his knowledge and experience. My wife and I decided to go with them after interviewing a number of other companies. We were given a start date - hard to predict with fall weather. The date was spot on as promised. The team came last Saturday. The bin was dropped off at 7:00 AM and the team showed up by 7:30 AM. There were 5 guys and boy did they ever do a great job. The workmanship was first rate. All the guys were friendly, professional and answered any concerns we had. The colour Trevor guided us towards (Drift Wood) looks amazing. The clean up was terrific. My wife and I would highly recommend Trevor and his team.

Trevor and Chris were a pleasure to work with. Trevor responded to my initial phone call within an hour and arrived two days later to quote the job. Our final bill was as quoted minus the cost of an unused/extra vent. We were told that the roof shingles would be installed in May and the job was done ahead of schedule, April 22 & 23, 2021. Our roof had the original boards and hand forged nails from 113 years ago. There was also 2 inches of fresh snow on the first morning. Our house is tight between two others. The roofing team tackled it all professionally. They were courteous and did an amazing cleanup both days. There were a few inevitable scuff marks on the siding which Chris cleaned off the next morning without complaint. They stand by their workmanship and we are very pleased with our new roof and with the experience as a whole. We would highly recommend AK Enterprises Roofing!

AK enterprises was amazing and easy to deal with. Trevor came out for the quote almost immediately after being contacted, provided the quote a couple days later and the roof was done about 3 weeks later (we did the quote during the offseason). Everyone was professional, on time and the job was done efficiently. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof done.
