DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They don’t pay their trades leaving us out 500,000$. If they’re doing that to sub trades, think about what they will do with your money. They are in tremendous debt. Beware of this company. Also accountant is rude.

When we decided to do a full home renovation we made sure that we selected a contractor that we were comfortable with. Our experience with Klondike has shown that our initial impressions were absolutely correct. Throughout the entire design and build process they were helpful and professional and we couldn't be happier with the final product. Undertaking a renovation of this size was no small decision and Jacqueline, our designer,and Garth, our project manager, worked to make sure the design met our requirements and our budget. When we had to put the project on hold for personal reasons they made every accommodation to ensure that we didn't feel pressured. Once construction started the job was done professionally with skilled trades people, all of whom were polite and very willing to spend time with us discussing the work. The scheduling was done such that I don't see how the project could have been completed more quickly. There were people on site every day for seven months, at times more than a dozen working at once. Overall this was a very positive experience that makes us feel that we got our money's worth from the re-design and from the assistance provided by Klondike.

Klondike has been a headache since the beginning. Poor project management, poor quality of work, poor communication, and little pride in their work. It is clear they treat sub-contractors with little respect including not paying them. High Employee turnover is a clear red flag. The project looks great overall, but is hidden with poor quality. There has been one thing breaking after the other. They may work better for residential projects; but for high-use commercial, I highly do not recommend hiring Klondike.

Our house renovation was going sideways when our friends referred us to Klondike, who then took care of us from day one and delivered a beautiful house which we are still enjoying today. Last year Klondike also built our new commercial office, earning our clients’ and colleagues’ compliments. We highly recommend Klondike. In the dog eat dog world of construction and contracting, it’s nice to know that there is at least one ethical company out there.

“A Sparkling Renovation Downtown”, thanks to Klondike Contracting This was a massive renovation because there had been no updating to my loft for decades. It was a project way beyond a cosmetic makeover. The entire space was literally gutted to transform my vision into reality. Electrical, plumbing, gas lines and structural elements were involved. It was certainly more complicated than I had anticipated. My project manager, Jacqueline Pasquali, was professional, helpful, available and clear in her communications. Any issues that arose were dealt with to my satisfaction. There was a genuine commitment to a high standard of work. The tradespeople were highly skilled, polite and willing to discuss the work. I am absolutely delighted with the finished product. Thanks to Klondike Contracting, I now have the home I envisioned.

Klondike did a major renovation of our house in West Vancouver 2 years ago. We were very pleased with the work. After we moved in, we found a few issues that were caused by oversights of the subtrades that did the work. When we reported the issues to Klondike, they were very responsive (even after 2 years) and they tracked down the subtrades and have them rectify the issues at no cost to us. We have been very pleased with their after sale service!

I have been in business for 20 years and have done business with klondike for almost 15 years. Clients come and go. Good ones stick around for many years and Klondike has been a good client. They have good projects with well designed scopes. They can problem solve well and have always been there threw the difficult parts of the build when things typically go wrong. Good at communication and problem solving. And a nice bottle of gin at Christmas time as appreciation is just the cherry on top.

Klondike did our store on East Broadway and we are very pleased. They did a great job with all the little changes we did as we went along. We finished on time and had great follow up service. Their price was good and Jag a pleasure to work with. If your doing a project always call them.
