I have used Canadian Western Mechanical for all my furnace and air conditioning repairs for my home. Recently I had my furnace quit over the Christmas holidays and they were able to send out a technician right away to start the diagnosis of the issue. Management was able to provide me with a quote and a timeframe for a full furnace replacement if required. My furnace is old and I was hesitant to put lots of money into it rather than replace it altogether. This allowed myself to make the best decision possible in the circumstance. During this time they even maintained great communication for any questions that I had during the process. I found them to be fair and professional when dealing with them, which is something I value when dealing with any company. Thanks to all of the staff at Canadian Western Mechanical.
