Worked here for 10 years and I can honestly say this has been the worst job I have ever had. Dispatch and management are two faced back stabbers who only care about making their jobs easier just so they can collect their monthly bonuses. This company has the most toxic work environment there is. Continuous back stabbing is far too common which is encouraged in the company. Organization, communication, and planning are pathetic. Hard work and loyalty are never rewarded only abused. Once you start working here they will do anything they can to prevent you from leaving this was admitted by dispatch. Only reason they keep all this quiet is because they threaten their works. Do not work here
