Sean's an amazing contractor. He's about 4+ months into our major reno and still on budget and a bit ahead of schedule. The positives are his attention to detail, design considerations and always including us in these discussion WAY ahead of schedule so that we have time to make a decision and not be rushed, focus on his subtrades and their detailed work etc. Can't have asked for a better relationship with the person that's constructing our dream home.

I highly recommend Aspex Contracting. We hired Sean and his assistant to redo all of the trim in our house (baseboards, doors and windows, etc.). Sean came to our home to walk around the property and provide us with an estimate. He provided kind, professional suggestions based on his expertise that made a huge positive difference in the final look. Throughout the project, Sean communicated the progress of the job and was upfront and transparent when more materials were needed. The overall cost was extremely fair, and excellent value for the quality of work provided. Aspex kept their work area tidy and did a fantastic clean-up job at the end of the project. I would hire Aspex again in a heartbeat for any future work we need completed at our house. Sean has our complete trust and respect as a highly skilled tradesman! Thank you again!
