I have been using Bills for several years now and have always been pleased with the quality of the work and ability of their knowledgeable technicians to repair some pretty obscure things. Dustin has done a lot of work for us over the past couple years on our on demand boiler and a conventional furnace and he is great. He has empathy for his customers and trys to repair things before just giving up and saying you need a new furnace. If you walked away from Bills unsatisfied, you never took the time to have a meeting with the manager Jack and hammer it out. I had one rocky experience and the communication mix up was easily solved with a few minutes of my time. Thanks guys. Michael

Had Bill in to install a water filtration system and the hose on the dishwasher wouldn't fit the adaptor. When he got the hose hooked up the dishwasher was making strange noises and his response was "I have no idea". Now I need to call in an appliance repair man to look at it. Googled what the cause may be for the sucking sounds and looks like a drainage issue. I would not recommend him.
