(Translated) I called twice, I spoke with a lady who told me that the estimator is not available and will call me back tomorrow. I do not receive a call so I call back at 11:00 to get an answer. The lady tells me that the estimator reminds me soon ... she reminds me at 16:00. She takes my requests and comes back to me. She reminds me to tell me that they will not move if they are not sure they have the job. Finally, I am told that if I want to have an estimate the cost is $ 350 to send someone to make an estimate. I find it funny and I hang up in the nose. (Original) J'ai appelé deux fois, j'ai discuté avec une dame qui m'indique que l'estimatrice n'est pas disponible et me rappellera à la première heure demain. Je ne reçois pas d'appel alors je rappelle à 11h00 pour obtenir une réponse. La dame m'indique que l'estimatrice me rappelle bientôt... elle me rappelle à 16h00. Elle prend mes demandes et me reviens. Elle me rappelle pour m'indiquer qu'ils ne se déplaceront pas s'ils ne sont pas certains d'avoir la job. Finalement, on m'indique que si je désire avoir une estimé le coût est de 350$ pour envoyer quelqu'un faire un estimé. Je trouve ça drôle et on me raccroche au nez.
