Just switched off virgin and what a relief ! The people at the booth are usually pretty friendly but seems they are unable to do anything since they would rather I call customer service for my issues. I've been on virgin for about 10 years and what a headache. Trying to switch addressing or billing or account name involved at least an hour long phone call to a confused sales rep who wouldn't complete the action properly resulting in me having to call in again a few days later. And 60 dollars for a plan with no data? That's wild and you should be ashamed. I just switched to koodo. Hopefully they are better organized because they definitely have a better deal.

I thought Bell communication was the worst. Virgin plus beats them on all counts. Worst sales rep, not open to discuss any options and on top of that disconnect and hangup before the conversation is finished.

Staff were curt and unhelpful. Male attendant did not remove his headphones when "assisting" me, andi had to repeat myself a few times. When asked for a location to bring my phone to be fixed, they gave me the wrong address.

Visited the Virgin Mobile Kiosk at Southgate Centre. We were greeted by a friendly sales associate named Esmail. He explained all the of the black Friday options and explained the process to make sure we wouldn't loose our number with our current provider. We setup 2 phones, one was a brand new phone with porting both lines and one was bring your own device plan. We were able to save a decent amount from our current billing. Along with receiving the phone we were also offered free ghost armour for our phones to ensure more longevity for our devices. I would recommend seeing Esmail for all of your phone needs.

Virgin Mobile at Southgate mall in Edmonton is the BEST place to get a cellphone! Everyone is very professional and provide excellent customer service! Store manager is amazing!! He has outstanding, magnificent and wonderful customer service! My experience with them has been the best ever! I recommend this place 100%. You won’t regret. This is the place if you want the highest level in service!

We recently got our numbers moved from Koodo to Virgin plus at southgate location. Everyone was very professional and provided excellent customer service. The “store manager Jag” was amazing !!! He made sure that all our questions were answered, took extra time to explain everything in detail and was not pushing for sale at any moment. We would definitely recommend this place for any of your phone needs.

One of the better kiosks I have been to. Dave was excellent and helped us get the most appropriate deal for our needs rather than try to up sell us. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. Having previously been to other Virgin locations in the city I would recommend this one over the others. Both times I have been here I have had a more positive experience than other Virgin locations in the city.

Excellent Service, good knowledgeable staff. we wanted our numbers moved from freedom mobile and Store manager explained our options in detail. He also answered all our questions in detail, after sale was done he help us in setting up our phone and importing contacts and data from old phone .

Get unlimited calling and don't try to fine tune your plan. If you go over, they charge a dollar a minute for the rest of the month. They'll send a warning text at $50 of overages, and nothing else. I would prefer a text that says "hey there, for $5 we'll upgrade your plan and stop charging you a $1/minute"
