We employed TJ construction in the Summer of 2018 to do a major renovation on the exterior of our 11 year old home (See photos at "Sturgeon County Residential" on their website). The project turned out to be much more elaborate than was first thought due to the extensive damage from water penetration into the building envelope. John incorporated a large engineering firm to provide guidance as walls required reconstruction and the existing windows required reinstallation. Throughout the entire process, the entire team at TJCM was excellent to work with. John is a man of his word. If he says he is going to do something, he does it. There was never a point in the long process when we felt we weren't being listened to or that our requests were unrealistic. Access to the house was limited at times and the staff would always try to accommodate our needs. Simon was the main staff member who was on-site and provided communication with us. He was always professional and given how much time was spent here, became almost like a family member. The entire team was approachable and friendly. I would strongly recommend John and TJ Construction as we had an excellent experience with them.
