I work here and this company really takes care of its people!!! I was working up at Forthills and the job there was completed and now the company instead of laying me off they found another place to put me!!! I have been an employee at Thompson Construction Group for just over a year, and never have I enjoyed working for a company as much as I do here. The working environment is relaxed and fun, while at the same time the employees are all hard working and dedicated to the success of the company. The camaraderie and communication between head office and the work sites, create a real sense of teamwork throughout the entire company. They have given me the opportunity to learn so much about a business that I knew nothing about. They have allowed me to develop many new skills by providing me the guidance and tools to work with, along with showing confidence in my abilities. Thompson Construction Group is very community orientated and I’m impressed, not only with how they focus on working with local and western Canadian companies, but also give back to the community through various local charities.
