He had great attention to detail, made sure our pets were safe, politely asked to enter each room. He took apart all of the ducts, including the intake ducts which did not occur with our previous duct cleaning company. We had our ducts blown out on Friday, our Tech Gazza was prompt, friendly, informative, and very professional. He pointed out maintenance concerns and politely advised his company provides those services but, more importantly, encouraged us to do our research as to why we should have something done, like a furnace tube up or a water tank flush. This year for Christmas I received a Nest Doorbell as gift. As I wanted it professionally installed, I contacted four Nest recommended installers and decided upon Canadian Quality Home Services as they stuck me as the most professional of all the responses. Mike and Patrick arrived on time and on schedule to install my new Christmas gift. This is where our adventure together began. Mike and Patrick worked tirelessly that day, as we had a series of issues with the installation of my doorbell. After a series of tests, it was determined that I had two issues, one the doorbell I received as a gift was defective from the factory and the second being that I have a programmable symphonic door chime that requires a special set up. Patrick initially quoted me one hour for the install and I would estimate they spent in total four hours working through and solving all the problems. Their dedication and customer service was beyond any expectations that I could have had. Once they had resolved all the issues and the new doorbell was installed and functioning perfectly it came time to pay the bill. To my surprise Patrick maintained his original quote of a one hour install, even though they spent in total a half day. When I offered to pay more for their time, as none of the issues were any fault of their actions, in fact quite the opposite, they refused to accept any more money. They put in the extra effort over and over again without any hesitation. When I think of old time customer service that no longer exists, well, it definitely exits with Canadian Quality Home Services.

My elderly parents had two ductless AC/heater wall units installed last year. They were poorly installed, the installer did not conceal the electrical or venting components. It was his first time installing this type of unit and he was alone. This year when they tried to use the Air conditioner for the first time, in the heat, they did not function properly and started to leak. They also froze and stopped working. There have been about 3 different technicians in their home to fix the units, and none of them have been successful. The last ones didn't even know what they were fixing and had to leave because they didn't have the proper tools. After so many failed attempts to fix the units they still do nothing. They also promised a rebate from the government but failed to have an energy audit completed and instead, the unqualified technician, said he could do it. There is never a manager for them to talk to, no one actually seems to care. Please do your research, find references and go local. Sort by rating when you review a company. Maybe my parents are the unlucky ones, but I don't see this company doing what needs to be done. They either need to take it all out and refund them, or completely redo the entire install with the promised rebate. Shame on them for putting my elderly parents through all this stress.

I saw their Facebook ads, having special promotions for furnace tune-up so I got their service. The technician came on site as per the appointment on 3rd April 2021 and did something, I am not sure what he did. After about half an hour, he said he was done with it and asked for payment which I did with my MasterCard and he told that he got many pictures of my furnace and detailed report would be sent with pictures with in 24 hrs and left . But I did not hear nothing for 5 days. So I contacted back to the same email which was used to confirm appointment and inquired about the report. Then I got an email from maintenance manager, Laura by apologizing it and told I would be getting report with in next 48 hrs. But it has been more than a week passed , I got nothing so I did not get any good experience with them. Another one interesting thing which I noticed , most of its 5 stars Google reviews are from new reviewers who has mostly done one or two reviews in total so I doubt on trustworthiness of their Google reviews . Please be careful. It seems they are not professional company. I simply wasted more than 100 dollars for nothing. I never recommend this company.

Have called them several times to come and fix this with no success. Now they say they are too busy to assist us and that we will have to be added to a waiting list.

Their customer service is the worst, they installed an A/C system last September at the place that I have for rental and did it wrong. Allegedly they fixed it, but they said it was not possible to test it until the hot weather season. Turns out that the thing doesn't work and it affected me because my guests are leaving bad reviews. The company in not taking any responsibility and, of course, my house is still an oven. Don't hire them, they may steal a few thousands from you too.

After a friend shared a negative experience on social media due to CQHS cancelling and appointment, they took revenge by slandering my friends employer with a negative review, despite having no interaction with that company. So I guess that means CQHS is open game for anyone. Any company thinking this is the right way to get their clients... or would have been clients to not leave negative reviews, has some very questionable business practices, and I would be very hesitant to ever use them if I even lived in the same city they work in.

Calvin also did a great job with our vents and he as well had the same work ethic. I’m starting to think that every staff and crew at CQHS are trained to be exceptional in customer service, even Christine their receptionist was very helpful to me during our brief conversation over the phone. Overall, the product did what it was supposed to do, but the efforts of the team are quite the star of the show.

I removed a 1970's basement of old walls and a nasty sub floor in the interests of refinishing things and bring some energy efficiency into the mix. A furnace and tankless water heater were my first wants in the future for consideration. On a Sunday night I clicked on a contest to win a free furnace for the heck of it. On Monday I got a call for CQHS to come over and give some information about the possibilities. Reuben came in and reviewed everything and discussed the various furnaces and heaters with me. A short week later and I had two very competent and efficient installers named Hussein and Brandon do all of the works necessary to install both the furnace and heater. A shoutout to RUUD Furnaces and Tankless heaters by the way. Interesting tech available to add into the system such a zone control. I have been tasking myself unnecessarily to get other big projects done. The next being a sewer backwater valve installed and someone who actually advertises and does the work. One mention to Reuben and within a day another pro named Hadi showed up and looked over everything. Not only is he going to be installing this backwater valve but also fix my dripping main shut off valve into the house. Taking out ceiling and walls around copper pipes has exposed a pin hole leak or two which were running down under the old floor unnoticed for decades. They will also reconfigure the old bath access for fixtures. All in all our customer service relationship has only begun as CQHS seems quite capable of doing all the big jobs needed without the hassle of finding and getting it done yourself. The warranty is awesome on both items with the free CQHS home care package for 10 years. The Eco Net thermostat is cool as well and I am now wired to my furnace and it controls from anywhere. Hope I win the furnace! If that were to happen, I am seeing a brand new A/C replacement in my future. Cheers.

We saw an add in fb for this company and am extremely happy with the service we have received. Our sales rep was Patrick who was extremely knowledgeable about how we could make our house more efficient and helpful in suggesting what we needed to take advantage of the Alberta Energy Savings grant. We purchased hot water on demand, water softener and a humidifier, filtered drinking water, nest thermostats and had our furnaces and ducts cleaned. All of this work was completed within three days and the work was completed perfectly. I am absolutely satisfied with all of our purchases but I love hot water on demand alot and having soft water has made a difference when showering and doing laundry. I am so happy that we used this company because of the quality of the products but also because of the workmanship of the installers and our experience with Patrick. We will definitely be using this company again.

Wow! Super impressed with the level of service. Just had my ducts cleaned by Gazza. Before getting started, he took the time to explain to me exactly what he was going to do and how. He gave me the best education I could have received about how to keep the equipment in my furnace room in tip top shape. Every homeowner should have this knowledge. He even did an inspection on the other equipment in the room and we found that my humidifier wasn't working. He promptly arranged installation of the faulty part and now I have clean ducts and a working humidifier. Again, the level of service received was very unexpected and refreshing. I am not sure if all the installers are like Gazza but I was truly blown away by the experience. CQHS and Gazza are highly recommended!

My wife and I called around to several locations looking for upgrades for our home when we came across this company. Firstly, a massive plus is they carry every major system for the home. One stop shop, as it were. So we arranged a salesman to come by and see what could be done. Reuben was the gentleman who came by our home and I was impressed initially by his professional appearance. By the end of the consultation I had every confidence Reuben had our needs completely understood. He was very clear-spoken and didn't try to pressure a sale at all. My wife and I got our hands on the 'Big Blue' (Their name for it), the Reverse Osmosis and the Softener systems provided by this company and in the FIRST shower, I immediately noticed a difference in my skin. The reverse osmosis system took some doing to get it primed for use, but it wasn't difficult at all. Now the water we drink is crystal clear and doesn't have any aftertaste or additional elements to it at all. Our installer, Gazza, deserves a shout out as well. Very bright gentleman, super friendly and he wasn't phased by our 6 month old MinPin who very simply would not shut up when he was around. Top notch act. His install work was super clean, very efficiently done and I could not be happier. - Water Systems: 10/10 recommended. - Water Heating (Tankless): 20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - Furnace: 10/10 recommended. - A/C: Pending. - 'Medismart' Air Purification: 10/10 recommended. - People: 10/10 Update 1: So we have had our new high efficiency furnace for just shy of three weeks now, and we have noticed a difference in the room temperature overall for the better. Strictly speaking, the dual-stage furnace maintains the set temperature with less fluctuation than what we had prior. Stepping down from a 80,000 BTU mid efficient to a 60,000 BTU high efficiency proved that bigger is not always better. Our home is now very consistently at the temperature we enjoy. The Medismart Purifier was installed shortly after the furnace, and over the course of the week we noticed a reduced dander level in the home as well as better breathing at night. It has one job, and it does it well. Tankless water heater. Hoo-boy this here gives me the shakes it's such a good investment. Hot water on demand. As long as you want. Freed up some space in my mechanical room, which was an added bonus.

Like to start by saying bought new house 6 months ago. Bought this water system off them about 4 months ago, and with doing that they offered protection to water floods from washing machine, dish washer etc. Who would not want that protection right! Wrong washing machine ended up flooding my house. Now Canadian home quality is leaving me hanging as there sensors from guardian had failed. They never even had a tech to come look, basically told me to screw my self. Now insurance deductible is going up. Also got them to install a gas line and heater in garage. Job took over 3 months neighbors, were going to call an inspector because you could smell gas as it failed it’s inspection. Was promised 200 in gift cards which I still never got off them. There is better systems out there don’t fall for door to door scams like I did!

DON’T EVEN THINK ON USING THIS COMPANY. Last summer they poorly installed an Air Conditioner in my AirBnb, it never worked, only blows normal temperature air, it builds a lot of ice on the line, it leaks a lot of water underneath the coil and nothing happens. The condensator works non stop and guess what!! IT’S SUMMER AGAIN!!, very hot and this idiots are giving me the run around again making a lot of excuses. Its been a nightmare considering they are ruining my business…

Gage Swanson came to our place to show off the services that they have to offer. he was very courteous, and down to earth. Not what you typically see in a salesman. The product seems great as well! The soft water is what sold me. Felt fantastic on the skin. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a soft water or clean water drinking solution!

Sales people were extremely pushy, I regret inviting this people into my home, the things they sell are very expensive and they will drop you as soon as they signed up, I want the products removed, Emily and Shawn were awful to deal with and wouldn't take no for an answer, do not let these people in your home, you will regret it like I do now, they won't even respond to my calls or texts, they promised a bunch of extras like soap and a gift card plus a utilities credit, I haven't seen any of this yet and they won't come for a follow up, please avoid these people at all costs.

I usually do not write reviews but this was the worst experience I had my entrie life.Salesman Ruben come to my place form selling their plumbing guard .We were pretty impressed with what Rueben was offering until I notied that he started making video on his phone of me and my husband sitting and watching his plans without any authorization. When questioned he told us sorry he made a mistake. I dnt know what is going on with this company they will push you to buy there product right way. They will tell you the offer is only for today you have to buy and retail price tomorrow. He came around 6.30 and at 10 pm was not willing to leave without us signing the plan. No idea which kind of company sits at somone homes until 10 pm . I just called them home of the google reviews but now I doubt it.

A nightmare company to deal with! They installed AC last summer but it never worked! They have 1000 excuses to never fix it and ignore me... and guess what! I’m still paying for something that never worked! I have called and email but no luck! I rent part of the property out and it’s actually causing me problems because it’s so hot inside that my business is getting affected by it! I did installed the water filter and last year l asked them to remove everything because l don’t want to ever see them again! And they have never come to pick it up! Do not hire this company! You will have a the worst service in town!!!

The water softener and water filter is perfect for any new home owner and Patrick made sure we got everything promised. He's your guy to get the things done, would recommend their services. My husband has had very serious medical issues that has not allowed him to open a tap and drink a glass of water in over 8 years. We tried an under sink filtration system with a another company. With that company the system we got and up keep of the system was not great so the repercussions to my husband were very harmful. We have been trying different bottling companies and can not find one with clean quality water that doesn't upset my husband health. Or a company that has the customer service to work with him to get a water that he is comfortable with and that doesn't hurt him. I came to him with again an idea of trying a under the sink filtration system and reluctantly he agreed to look into it again. The guys at CQHS have given him all the information and peace of mind that he was willing to try it. All the guys have been very understanding and supportive of his needs to keep him healthy. 2 weeks ago he turned the tap on a drank his first glass of water in over 8 years. The water is great!! The customer service is bar none!! There is not a time that I wouldn't recommend this company and all the great guys that come with it.

Service was amazing. Calvin killed it! He was super personable, super knowledgeable, and extremely professional. When he left, not only was I confident that my Furnace, Ducts, Dryer vents, water softener, humidifier, HV and Navien were all operating at peak performance, but so was my understanding of the function and maintenance schedules of all my homes mechanical systems. Calvin, walked me through everything before he did it, made sure I understood what was happening, made recommendations of other maintenance services I didn't know (or even think about), and actually taught me about the inner operations of my furnace so I understand what is happening and how to diagnose potential problem in the future. I don't think your suppose to enjoy service calls but I did!!!! Highly recommend!

Had this company install a guardian plumbing guard automatic water shutoff. Our washer malfuctioned 5 months after we had it installed and sensor failed to shut the water off due to faulty activation of unit on the technicians side. Now canadian quality home services has denied any wrong doing and we are left with a hefty insurance bill in our brand new house (6 months old) . I was initially stoked to have all this done but now have been left with a very sour taste for this company. Beware of the large bill your left with as this company aims to take your money!!!!
