We had water leak from bath on the second floor, so we needed to detect the problem in the bathroom and ceiling repair. The plumber fixed leaking in the bathroom , after that handyman did ceiling repair. We scheduled the appointments when it was convenient for us. Everything was done professionally and on time. We got a lot of consultation and explanation for each steps, everything was done very accurate!

Al Did an excellent job. The contractor who installed the flooring on the stairs and the tile at the main entrance and bathroom, Les Sprowl, made a total mess. The large format porcelain tile was lipping and uneven creating a danger to anyone walking on it. The engineered flooring on the stairs and landing was full of gaps and every stair was loose. Al did a lot of work tearing it all out and replacing everything properly. My daughter now has beautiful stairs and tile. Thank you so much Al for your help with this project.

The quality of workmanship is first class. We had a ceiling repaired that was water damaged. It is very to see blemishes in our ceiling but there is no trace of any repair work. At the same time, we had thin LED lights added and the result is exceptional. Their work is highly recommend.

The 123 Alberta Renovations crew was great to work with! The finished product is beautiful. The workers were very respectful of my home, they were friendly and jovial and good workers. Our timeline ended up going from one month to two months, but our entire basement was finished in 2 months despite supply chain delays, several days of freezing rain that meant nobody would come that day, etc. The price quoted was incredibly reasonable, and any changes to the original quote were based on us asking for additional work or changing our minds about something we'd planned at the start. Fair, reasonable, and beautiful work!

We’ve got a leak in the bathroom which lead to drywall damage downstairs. Albert and his guys evaluated everything that needs to be done and provided the quote pretty within a day. We had to wait about a week for them as this is busy season for construction guys but that wait was worth it. Guys were very professional, clean, respectful to our house and finished repairs fast enough. Definitely recommend and will call them again either for renovation or any repairs. We looked and looked for a contractor to develop our basement for us at a reasonable price within a reasonable timeline, and these guys truly fit the bill! The work was done as quickly as possible, but more importantly it was done well. Albert helped us make some decisions, and suggested solutions for issues we couldn't decide on. He was always helpful with suggestions, but at the end of the day he made sure we had the final say. If he had a different opinion he would voice it, but in the end went with our preference if we didn't like his idea.

Their worked looked great via the pictures, but I did further digging regarding pricing and how they are to deal with as some contractors can be a bit shady. I managed to get a hold of a few people they did work for and although they said there work was good, there seems to be a tendency of them upping their price at every corner?? We went ahead and to lucky he did the same to us... For someone who has over 25 years of experience your job quote should almost double.....we even had the first in writing and he still tried to argue the price..

We had bought a house that needed a lot of work( tile removal/ installation of vinyl on first and second level, interior painting, baseboards installation, upstairs bathrooms renovation/ installation of new toilet and shower in the basement; so we called around and prices were very high with other contractors but we concluded that 123 Alberta renovation was the right company. They were so excellent at everything they did and every advise they gave us helped us save money. We saved a lot of money using this company. And I needed some renovation done at my rental about 6 months later so I called Albert again because i know the type of person he is and I like the service his company offers. If you are looking for a professional renovation I highly recommend 123 ARS Ltd.Once I was given the quote I was contacted by Albert. He politely introduced himself and assessed the work & how long it would take. He also mentioned how his crew would be involved, ie one person for dismantling the old tiles, tub & shower area. Also a plumber, a different man to do the dry wall, another person to install the new walk in shower and tiling etc. He explained very clearly why & how it would be done. Albert supervised as well did the work. He spoke very professional & explicit to his coworkers. May I add they were all so polite, neat & tidy. Albert was also on time in completing the job. He said it would take one week, Mon - Friday and for sure the work was all completed in that time. I can't say enough kind words for Albert & his crew. Yes, I was 110% pleased with the final results.
