Called Jake after losing access to my email. He was very friendly and eager to help. Due to COVID junk he was unable to have me bring the machine in. He connected to it remotely and had the issue resolved in a matter of minutes. He fixed it so fast he wouldn't even let me pay him. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks!!

Initially, I called a different computer repair place in Yukon to get a simple extension removed from my browser. That place said they would charge a $100 flat rate plus whatever it cost to fix anything else wrong with your computer. To me, that just sounds like a scam to drain you of your money. So instead of spending hundreds on removing a simple extension, I called Jakes Computer Repair and he talked me through removing it on the phone. No hassle, no fees, and great service! He also answered all my dumb little questions about viruses and such, with great detail and knew exactly how to dumb it down for someone who isn’t tech savvy (like me). I would recommend you try Jakes Computer Repair before you go anywhere else.

Jake did a fine job with my MacBook , no surprises , accurate diagnosis and timely repair. I took my mac to another reputable repair service that kept it for 6WEEKS and they did not find the obvious problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. No attitude whatsoever and he understands the value of communication and the importance of quick service. And no , I am not a paid endorsement , I just believe in old school values.
