They diagnosed my broken computer the same day it broke. Everywhere else I called said it would take over a week just to get it diagnosed. I needed a new logic board and they ordered it immediately and replaced it in record time. They went above and beyond help and did a wonderful job. The person at Glitch Fix Toronto Dufferin helped me to recover a lost cover letter. I have an older computer that has been crashing more and more lately. When everyone else told me that my cover letter was lost, he was able to find it easily and to create a screenshot of it so that I was able to reproduce it. He was also able to diagnose my computer's issues easily and efficiently as being a product of an aging battery, and he was able to integrate my Microsoft Word files, which had been glitching a lot lately. The experience was overall quick and painless. The experience of losing a cover letter or other work can be painful, but this whole fix took roughly 10 minutes and was a happy and pleasant experience.

I would recommend Glitch Fix to anyone who has an Apple product. I took my MacBook Pro to Glitch Fix at the Dufferin location. I had a crack in my screen by the camera and J.T was extremely professional with me and run me down how everything would go if I had AppleCare or did not. He gave me time line and it was done by the time line J.T gave me.

I'd recommend Glitch Fix to anyone in Toronto who needs their Apple products repaired. There was a warm energy to the shop that you don't see in electronic repair places usually. Not only did they replace my MacBook Pro's logic board for a fair price but they also noticed a problem with my trackpad while servicing my computer and replaced it for no extra fee! Needed a laptop to be fixed because of some water damage in my trackpad. Looked up places for it to be fixed and found this place certified by apple and decided why not give it a shot. They fixed my laptop very fast and no problems seen again afterwards with my trackpad. The people are nice, speedy and excellent service. Would very much recommend!!

Jilbert and the team at Glitch Fix are top notch. They agreed to take in my laptop even though apple officially stopped releasing parts for my laptop (2012 MacBook Pro). I purchased the parts off of amazon and brought them in together with my laptop. The team replaced my keyboard, battery and fans, same day; in fact, I dropped off the laptop at 10am and it was ready by noon. Thanks guys, definitely recommend and will be back here myself!

They worked 1 on 1 with me to get my computer fixed and they went above and beyond with tips and tricks on how to set up my new home office. They were fast, honest and helpful. So I had spilled water in on my MacBook and the keyboard started to malfunction. Unfortunately, Apple store was all booked out for the day so Apple help book me an appointment at Glitch Fix. Walked in, and I was greeted by JT. Told him my issue. The way he answered told me that he knew what he was doing. Instantly I felt comfortable allowing him to fix my computer... It took more time that we anticipated. He even stayed over the closing time to finish the diagnostics so that I could have it to study for my exams! Really appreciated that!! JT has great customer service skills and I would 100% recommend anyone who have device issues should visit Glitch Fix!!! Faster service than Apple and you will never be disappointed. Problem fixed!! Happy customer!!!

Excellent experience all around! My husband and I have been coming to Jilbert for years and have always had positive experiences. I brought in my MacBook (circa 2007) and the staff and Jilbert were helpful and professional the whole way through...didn't make me feel bad for still using a relic. Jilbert walked me through my options and gave some great advice. Fixed up my clunker in no-time (same day service) and breathed new life into my old-school laptop. Would definitely recommend and use again!

Amazing service and customer service! I was guided through the process and kept in the know about the status of the repair. It was covered under an Apple recall which I suspect had I gone somewhere else, I would have been charged for. Everyone I dealt with at Glitch Fix was professional and friendly and had my computer repaired the same day the parts came in. I found this company years ago when my old Macbook died. They got all the data off my hard drive in a timely manner and I remembered I was so happy with their service. When I had an issue this time, I looked them up again. Great business and people. I highly recommend this company!!

I was dreading taking my MacBook Pro in, and would normally go through the Apple Store but because of the pandemic decided to take a chance on one of the authorized repair shops closer to where I live, and all I can say is: THANK YOU GLITCH FIX! They had tons of available appointments so I did not have to wait before bringing it in. Totally professional, quick turnaround, both staff members I spoke to were knowledgeable and just lovely to deal with. They caught an issue I didn't even know was a problem. Great communication, fantastic service. They went above and beyond to help restore my laptop to its former glory (thanks, AppleCare!). Glitchfix Toronto was offered by Apple Support as an alternative & easily accessible service depot during Covid-19. Jilbert & colleagues serviced my MacAir laptop battery issues while I waited, and also answered other service questions I had re a USB port and OS upgrade. Their responses were without technical jargon so I understood them easily, and their turnaround time was excellent. They seemed to be technically savvy and provided fast and professional service.

When my work laptop (Macbook Pro) malfunctioned, the Glitch Fix team diagnosed, ordered parts, and completed the repair all within under 24 hours! I couldn't believe it! My computer crashed the day before a large project was due for work! It would not turn on and apple said my only option was to factory reset. The people at Glitch Fix were able to recover the data overnight and I picked it up the next morning, got my project in on time and did not lose any files! The people at Glitchfix resolved both within about 3 hours of me walking into their store. No mumbo-jumbo or bafflegab, just straightforward, "Here's what we need to do, and here's what it will cost." No surprises. And no need to surrender your machine for days. Bravo guys!

This place is great. They have excellent communication. Kept me informed during the process. Very professional. My computer was fixed through my Apple warranty through this place. They found a minor issue with my battery and also fixed this too (not original concern). I can't comment on their prices.. but having been at a few computer repair shops over the years.
