I'm so glad people reviewed this on Google. My iPhone 7 completely blacked out on me 5 days ago, my first experience ever of a technological mishap, so I was very anxious. I took it to a repair store suggested by Rogers, but they said it's a motherboard issue which cannot be fixed in-store and would cost me around $200+ IF they are able to get it fixed from elsewhere on my behalf. Then I saw the reviews for this place and decided to come. Ali was very helpful and reassured me that he could fix it within 2-3 days. I got his call back within 2 days and he told me the good news! All my data was safe, my screen was working, and his price was very, very reasonable. He also fixed my charging port for only a little extra. I've had my phone back for 3 days now and it's working perfectly fine. Not that I'm looking forward to breaking/damaging my technology, but if I ever do, this is the place I will always go back to! Professional, courteaous, intelligent and punctual; all in one. An experience akin to or better than at Apple Genius Bar. My pristine iPhone 7 plus suffered from Audio-IC failure, also referred to as Loop Disease. Previous models have been reported to be affected. Just happened suddenly when the phone ages. Audio button greyed out, phone calls not connecting, FaceTime non-functional, unable to record movies or take pictures and record any audio; you name it the phone was exhibiting the issues. Apple Genius Bar wanted to replace the phone that was costly, moreover only offered a limited warranty lasting 3 months with no guarantees of the same issue developing with the replacement 'new' phone (it's a known issue about to recur and Apple in the hindsight was warning me to stay away!!) My only options were to either replace the phone with 3 months warranty with no guarantees of the same thing happening after that or get a brand new latest model at three times the price of this replacement through Apple or through a carrier. A Google search landed me with "Maple Cell Phone and Laptop Repair" and the amazing posted reviews caught my eye. Do note that I can fix many electronics myself and am fairly critical of repair works. Regardless I contacted Mr. Ali. He immediately diagnosed the problem and offered a solution. In fact he offered a solution better than Apple's repair i.e. using small jumper wires to make a long lasting connection to ensure his repair doesn't fail due to Apple's manufacturing issue and the phone doesn't face this issue ever. This is something I had already researched and was impressed by his honest opinion and him offering the best solution that experts recommended. I immediately handed him my phone. It was ready for pickup ahead of the suggested time and in pristine condition. Evidently the issue of occasionally not recognizing my charging cable also got resolved. Either it was also tied up to the audio-ic / loop disease issue or Mr. Ali did a thorough cleaning of the contacts. All this was done for a very nominal price. I wish I could give him 7 stars. I can't thank him enough and am taking all my other Apple devices (as well as my old laptops) to him for repairs right away. Just remember if you don't have Apple Care or even with Apple Care if the price is exorbitant, look no further and search for "Maple Cell Phone and Laptop Repair". You won't regret it.

Ali's customer service was beyond my expectations. I went in to replace my iPhone due to damage from water immersion. He only took a few days to repair the phone for a reasonable price. Throughout he messaged me with updates. When I went to pick up the phone he told me that he couldn’t guarantee that everything would work. Sure enough when I restored the phone I had trouble setting up the Touch ID feature. I took the phone back for diagnosis and he was able to pinpoint issue right away. I was afraid that I would have to pay again for another service call but he only charged me for the parts and threw in the labor for free. He also gave me a new screen protector. Prices offered matching kiosks but workmanship matching Apple. iPad screen was unresponsive, occasional automatic erroneous taps were recorded as well it was coming off from the edge. Replacement was performed by Mr. Ali. Exceptional workmanship. The iPad looks better than original. Service is superior to that of Apple because of two reasons:- 1) Quality of work was at par with Apple. 2) Old case of iPad was cleaned without having requested it and it appeared new. Mr. Ali is professional and goes out of the way to care for his customers as one would care for his family. Communications is timely and he stands behind his work. Am taking other devices to him as well since the prices he is offering for repair services are around a quarter of what Apple charges while the quality of workmanship is at par with Apple's. If I could give this company 100 stars, I would. My cellphone was dropped and unresponsive to any PC. It contained all of my pictures and videos of my son's first year of life. My iPhoneX went into recovery mode and cannot be started. After trying all software options except for factory reset, the phone still cannot start. We have tens of thousands of photos and videos in the phone and was without back up. I took the phone to Ali in Maple Cell Phone and Laptop Repair.
