He literally saved me !! I have a Dell XPS that was damaged because of a BIOS update. I took it back to the seller and even to Dell but they returned it back to me as "un-repaired" with the reason that the part, which is the motherboard, is damaged and needs to be replaced, which means I would pay a very expensive bill and loose my data, but they couldn't supply it. Kian was my last option when I was looking for a third-party repair option as I really wanted to fix this laptop giving that it's quite expensive and I have my data on it. When I contacted Kian and explained to him the situation he advised me to not replace anything and to bring the laptop so he can have a look. The rest was history ! I still can't believe that I have my Dell working as brand new! Thanks Kian !!

My pc stopped turning on so I came to Kian computer repair to get it fixed on may of 2020 and he fixed it after I paid around $300. But, a few months later in february 2021 the computer stops turning on for the exact same reason and I call Kian if he can fix it or tell me what to do but he says I have to pay even more for that since it is out of warranty. I find that absurd that I have to pay more than the $300 I already gave him and I just asked him to tell me what I can do to fix it. Even though it is out of warranty, if the problem occured again then he clearly didn't fix it permanently and rather temperarely until the warrant expires and I have to deal with it myself. Just a side note, I have kept the computer in a good environment and clean it with compressed air every month to get rid of dust so this problem wouldn't be my fault.

Very professional service . My computer was completely crashed from a phone service that I found online. I went to at list 6 or 7 places but they were not able to fixed . I was ready to throw that computer out . I found Kian and read his reviews and thought to give it a try . I was very lucky, not only I had my computer back but all my files as well . It has been more than two years and my computer is running like new . I go at Kian’ for clean up only because I am not careful I open new files . Kian is a real expert . Worst experience.. he loots students. He charged me 300$ for HP laptop. Complaint of laptop not getting ON and charging. Like he told the battery sensor needs to be replaced. And after 4 days he told that battery is not working. I asked him why you didn't tell me first. Then he answered very rudely saying first laptop should get on to check the battery.

Just wanted to put appreciation message given the efforts and service given by Kian. My hardisk was crashed and needed immediate help as i had critical files, Kian took my work on priority and kept entire communication transperant (shared snapshot wherever possible) and up-to-date. My laptop has serious problems and I try to fix it through YouTube, and I wasn't able to fix it and I had very important data. I called a couple of computer expert repair companies but wasn't able to fix it or very expensive. I look for computer repair in Toronto and Kian website pop up. Over 10 years I know Kian Computer, without any judgments Kian always response to his customer with respect and knowledge to satisfy customers. Kian provides exceptional service with reasonable price for 24/7 and his always available by phone , e-mail, etc. We know Kian computer one of the best service at least in Canada. My computer was broken and no power, no display and I tried 3 computer repairs services but no result, I found Kian Computer online and I called him, he told me he has to see the computer first, when I drop to his place he said give me some time and after 6 hours he called and he said my computer is ready. (IMPORANT ! SEE EDIT AFTER THIS REVIEW) Had an Alienware computer given to me from a friend. Had no clue what was wrong with it, brought it to Canada Computers and they couldn't fix it (literally paid to have them see it and they said sorry i don't know). Kian fixed it. This guy goes above and beyond for real. -- UPDATE --> It's been less than a year and the computer has stopped working :). Last person to do anything with the computer was Kian. Also he doesn't 100% communicate all pricing which was a bit annoying. Be careful in going to 'small businesses' as unfortunately there is no accountability "post fix". :/ -> ANOTHER UPDATE. Ever since this review has been "edited' I've been harassed by Kian for a week, calling from several different numbers and texting me threatening to take legal action. I'm stating facts, the computer stopped working. He stated 'computer would be brand new after he fixed it'. He was the last person to 'fix' it. Is this not the point of a review? And yes he did help me (PURCHASE, i paid for) warranty on the computer so we could get a "free motherboard" which "they would install for free" as per our conversation. (Which i was happy about of course) But after I paid for everything as my partner's gift, my partner went to pick up the computer and Kian wouldn't release it to him until he paid ANOTHER $120. Which he never communicated to either of us prior. See screenshots of texts. I'm sorry but this is so unprofessional, and no way to conduct business.

Be forewarned! The address indicated is not an office or store. It is in fact, an apartment and Kian does not include his suite number. He will only meet you in the apartment lobby. He operates his business under different names including: 1) Kian Computer 2) Computer Repair North York and 3) Computer Repair Toronto. Save your money and aggravation and for your own personal security, always use a technician with a full address that is publicly accessible. Also, carefully research the technician before handing over your computer. Online reviews are only of limited use because they are often written by the business owner themselves and are published in large batches around the same date. For more information, Google "How to spot fake online reviews". Addendum: From Kian's response to my review: "On the other hand, I'm not free such as you to look for a case, but you know, that you shared my photo on public, that I can sue you up to $25000. You never had any authorization to you to put my personal information on the public, I hope you understand." Kian, I have seen you threaten and intimidate your other victims with threats of lawsuits (you always say $25,000). Save your empty threats and go ahead and file a lawsuit. Then you will have to reveal your actual FULL ADDRESS. Save your prayers, God is not listening to you! By the way, I also have a video of you trying to scale the fence in an attempt to escape with your customer/victim's laptop and keyboard. Legitimate business owners don't engage in this shady behaviour. Your move!

My most expensive Laptop was completely dead because of water damage, I tried to fix the couple of very famous computer repair shop which is doing motherboard repair, but unfortunately, they were not able to fix my Laptop, I'm really want to buy another laptop which is cost almost $1800. For software problems: Completely incompetent. Any software problem, and he will just wipe out your whole computer and reinstall the whole Operating System, and charge you extra Data Recovery if you want to keep any of your data at all. He might be able to clean your fans, but for software, definitely don’t go here. Also don’t trust them for SEO. Just no. Guys, look at the replies he post in response to the poor reviews he gets, and you’ll see what kind of integrity he has.

The person who fixed my computer, after fixing it, went onto my laptop and wrote a review about himself, posing as me. This was a violation of my trust and privacy as I entrusted my laptop to him to fix, but instead he went through my laptop and used my information. This is the review that he posted on my account. While he did not lose my personal data, he did use my personal information and was dishonest. "I had a water damage laptop motherboard and CPU was dead, he fixed with the reasonable price without losing my personal data."
