Amazing service. Fahad came to my house to diagnose the problem on my massive iMac. That alone saved me from lugging it in somewhere. He diagnosed my problem quickly and fixed it with a new hard drive. My computer runs like a breeze and you'd think it was brand new, rather than 5 years old. He was super professional, responsive, and so great about getting it done over a weekend, so I wouldn't be without a computer for work. Highly recommend!!! Will definitely use him again.

Great customer service. Went in with a sim card stuck in a galaxy S7. They tried usual release pins nothing worked. Could have charged me to open up and free card but instead tried heavy duty pin tool and succeeded. Did not charge me!

Last week, I had a problem with my laptop screen and took it to F5 Shop. Fahad told me it would be $500 for parts and labour to replace it and could be done within a few days (due to the wait for a new screen). However, he urged me to take it to the Microsoft Store and see if they would replace it for free. I was just past the warranty but Fahad was correct, and Microsoft took care of the problem for free. So, for any of you considering getting help from F5 Shop, he is HONEST
