Really good experience, with excellent customer service and quality work. The tech (Kato) did a fast and professional job replacing the entire frame and back panel of my phone - it looks and works like new! I paid extra to have a screen protector installed. When I got it home I noticed a few specs of dirt under the protector so I brought it back and they're replacing the protector. I'm always happy when people stand behind the quality of their workmanship. A great small business with a focus on satisfying their customers. Awesome, they are so nice! I jammed my chip into my brand new iphone the wrong way and it was totally stuck. I took it in for a repair and Chandy fixed the phone in just a few minutes. I asked her what the cost was and she said "no charge" because it was an easy fix for her (not for me) We just moved to woodstock so we dont really know where to go for anything but this place just made a customer for life

Dropped off my phone Wednesday afternoon to have my charging port fixed. Katos (I think was his name) was very friendly, recognized the problem right away and explained the solution. He told me it woud take 2-3 business days to get my phone back....so likely monday or tuesday. I was so surprise to get a call to pick it up this morning (friday). Completely fixed and charged, ready to go. I was stressed because I use my phone for work and it got rushed for me. So I really appreciated that. And then he was able to sell me a screen protector I needed installed it for me in mintues so happy with this service. Would most certainly use it again.

I have an iPhone 7 that went into an endless reboot (showing the white screen with the Apple icon but not ever getting to a lock screen). I did some searching online to see what I could do with no solutions other than to try wiping my phone. I had no back ups of my phone, therefore all my data was going to be lost. I took it in to Kato at Cellular Magician and showed him my issue. I had decided I was due for a new phone anyway and didn't care about anything other than the information on the phone (contacts, pictures, etc.) After trying a few things he was unable to get the phone into recovery mode but we decided we would send it away to their techs to have a look at. I wasn't hopeful since the phone has had issues in the past, but Kato assured me to have a little faith. He hooked me up with a new phone at a great price that day and I walked away very pleased. Fast forward to today, Kato gives me a call and informs that their tech Austin was able to fix my phone. No information lost! I am so thrilled with the service and their capabilities. This isn't the first fix I have used them for, and next fix I need, I will see them again! Thanks again to Kato and Austin!

Pretty good customer service for the most part, my only gripe was I had dropped my PS4 off for a disk drive repair and was quoted a week-week and a half and 150$ repair (if they could fix it). 2 weeks later I had not heard from anyone so I called and was told they were having trouble finding parts. The next day I received a call saying it was done and they didn't actually need any parts. They did discount the price because of the wait and because they did not need parts, which makes sense. I only wish that they would call their clients and let them know what is going on. Overall was very happy with the person I spoke to on the phone, and they even cleaned the laser in my disk drive for me!

Can't recommend Cellular Magician enough. We took a cracked iPhone and iPad mini there in the same week. Both were restored like new, $100 for phone and $150 for iPad. Dustin was great to deal with. ... Before going there, the Apple Store had said $200 to fix phone and that they don't repair iPads; also, we had taken the iPad mini somewhere else in Woodstock and glass never fit right (very thick), wasn't responsive (lost touch sensitivity), and it cracked at one point just from tapping it. The workmanship by Cellular Magician exceeded my expectations-- would highly recommend.

I recently went and had my IPHONE 7 repaired. The problem was no one could hear me on the other line. After one visit I dropped my phone off and Greg diagnosed the problem an had it repaired in hours. It was apparently too difficult for THE APPLE OUTPOST and ROGERS to repair. I was charged $50 by APPLE to "look" at the phone and clean out the speakers to solve the problem, but they would not guarantee this would fix it. Of course, after receiving my phone back it still had the same issue, and no refund. I am glad that businesses like The Cellular Magician, actually have the know how and capability to fix these sort of problems and don't suggest "getting a new phone". They also carry a 30 Day Warranty, which shows that they have confidence in their work. Appreciate your help Greg, as a business owner, I will be sending my guys here for repairs.

I had a very great experience about a month ago at cellular magician. My phone wasn't charging so I thought the port needed to be replaced, but the gentleman who was working ended up figuring out that it was just a simple cleaning issue and ended up saving me a just under 150 bucks honest integrity fixed on the spot think it took maybe 15 minutes to clean and Wiley did that I just perused the vinyls.

I never leave reviews on businesses but this place is worth it. I just picked up my iPhone from having the battery replaced. Kato was who helped me. He was extremely polite! I dropped it off at about noon and told him I’d be back before they closed to pick it up because I had a bunch of errands to run. I told him not to waste his time calling me to tell me it was done cause I knew he was busy. He still took the time to call me and tell me. Had nice small talk with him while dropping it off and picking it up. He even cleaned my phone haha. Made it look brand new again. Also very happy with the cost of the actually repair. As the battery would not charge and it being a Saturday I went and got a iPhone so I could have the pleasure of using a phone. When I went to return the phone I was told all sales are final. You sold me a disfuctioning product and your refuseing to give me back the money that I work dam hard for. Absolutely disgusted in how you’s do business.. you rip off hard working people to stay in business that’s sickening.

This is just a question i have so my samsung galaxy s6 runs out of battery WAYYYY to fast and it will die at 20% somtimes so whould that be a battery replacement or what.The carging port is also broke but i have a wirless charger so i dont really need to fix it because it would be to much for me because im 14 and have like 90 bucks.

Needless to say I didn't get it done through them. I went downtown Woodstock to cellular magician and the guy who fixed my phone was so nice and new what he was doing and it cost me half the price Telus quoted me. Broke my new Samsung s20. the screen and carmea needed to be replaced, I call cellular magician and the people on the phone were super nice and very helpful, being covid wasn't sure if my phone could be fixed but the advise me that they were able to help, and that the person at the store would be able to help me. I was very excited, at the store Kato was very helpful on fixing my phone and adding clear plex to both Samsung s20 and s21. He was very friendly and had my phone fixed the next day (due to part needing to ship in). I was informed on all updates to my phone. Feel like bringing all my old phone there now to get fix highly recommended.

Needed my battery replaced on my 12.9” Ipad. Was told that there is a risk that the screen could get broken during repair and this particular model can’t get the screen replaced, so I was definitely a bit nervous. Within 3 days they called me and said it was ready to pickup, and it was good as new. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the fast turnaround time.
