It started off with an emergency - My work computer was dead and I needed to make sure my data was salvageable. Sam at Proteck had a look and assured me he could save it. Then I bought a computer from him. Then I had him do some upgrades. Then I bought a laptop from him for my daughter. Then another laptop for myself. Then some more upgrades. I figured I should leave a review. Proteck is knowledgeable, professional, and has fast service.

I had an emergency situation where I dropped coffee on my work laptop and I was in panic mode, called Proteck and even though I was a bit rude and in a hurry because of the situation, I was treated with respect, I was given a few pointers of what to do immediately and how to position the laptop not to create any damage, and I drove and dropped it off in which the work on it started immediately and thankfully I was good to go, I was in Windsor for a two week trip and was gonna be there for another week so it would have been disastrous to lose my data. I got my chromebook and my desktop done here and honestly the price and service is unbeatable, I called a couple other places and they were asking $100-$150 just for the diagnostics, Sam fixed both computers for less than that, very knowledgeable and honest, simple as that.
