Awesome techs! Had a hard drive on my iMac kick the bucket. The tech went way beyond trouble shooting the problem where the new OS would not install due to a OS X date error. Super friendly fast service.

$450 to get my phone fixed. When I first got it back my screen led was green and now it looks all dull colours then one day they called me and asked me if it was ok if my back glass was a different color and I was fine with that but when I took my phone in the only did the front screen and the Led. After that they tried to charge me extra for the back glass because they said they didn't order it and the camera even tho I already payed for it and I never dropped my phone and the front screen and back glass is already cracked cheep place with the glass replacement and expensive!!!

Horrible experience!!! Rip people off. Took my phone in to get data transfer, told it was only $30 for it. They had to order a part in, I was never told there would be extra charges at this point! The part was "late" of course. When I finally get to pick up my phone and was told it would be an extra $105 for the data transfer that had already been completed. Aren't you supposed to inform the consumer when there will be extra charges before the work is to be completed?!? Very very dissatisfied and will never be going to this establishment again. Stay away!!!

Will never go back. Dropped off my daughters iPad for a screen replacement. Charged $240 when quoted $220 over the phone. Whatever, $20 isn’t that big of a deal. Had iPad for somewhere over a month when I noticed half the screen was not responding to touch. Took it back in. Picked it up, screen worked. While we were on vacation a few weeks later I noticed the screen was clicking, the whole right side had come unglued. Called them up and they said they would look at it. 7 weeks later, after multiple phone calls that I had to leave messages for, no one ever called me back also sent an email, also which was not replied to. Finally I called again, I was told to call back a week later. Angrily enough, I hung up and called back the next week. Only to be informed they could not actually fix it. I could either take a credit towards a new one, or they would give me a partial refund. Worst possible customer service I have received in years! If you can’t fix something. That’s not the customers fault. Call them and inform them. Don’t ignore their calls and then screw them out of money. I paid for a part to be installed. You couldn’t install it. That’s not the customers fault.
