I bought an Epson EC 4030 printer. Its a fantastic machine, at a great price. Uptown service is wonderful. They delivered the printer to my place and set it up for me. They installed a remote program on my computer, just in case I would need help in the future. This way they would be able to assist me from a distance. I am VERY happy and impressed with Uptown AND the printer and would highly reccomend both!

I have an older OKI that was starting to print with streaks on the edge of the paper. I called Uptown and Adam came by. and In 2 seconds he diagnosed the problem as a drum going bad. Adam didn't have the parts with him so as I have a second identical working printer he suggested taking the drum set out of it and putting it in mine. They are worth $200. When I asked him how much for his time he said nothing. He obviously knows what he's doing. With service like his I'll buy his supplies and printer services anytime.
