Took my laptop PC in because Outlook had disappeared with Microsoft update. They kept it two weeks and never retreived Outlook. Gave me a large bill to pay and sent me home with a external harddrive to find it myself. Took the machine to another IT company and they found all my files buried under others names. Do not trust them.

Nothing but positives! After a phone call to confirm their hours and Covid policy, I brought my laptop into the store later that morning to have some additional RAM added to my laptop. They performed the upgrade while I waited and I was out the door again within 15 minutes. The cost of parts and labour was less than I'd expected. My laptop has been running like a charm since and I'm very happy with their work. Highly recommended.

Brought my PC in for repairs. They were able to diagnose and tell me that my Windows was corrupt but didn't have time to fix it until after the weekend. I needed a file urgently so asked if I could pick up my computer anyway and try to find somewhere else to fix it for the time being. Alan was super nice and didn't charge me for the diagnostic even though I would have been more than happy to pay. I appreciate this kind gesture so much. Great Company !!!! These guys are great , they do not over charge had my computer for pop ups and very slow pretty much unable to use ! Cleared computer told me my main board was going and would need a new computer soon being 8 years old ! Charge me $ 20.00 bucks now works just fine , for how long they don't know but its working like it did before problem occured When I do need a new computer I will definatley buy from the TECH Shop !!! Thanks you guys !!!!

I am new to Windows 8.1 and half the time I really don’t know what I am doing. I recently wiped my computer hard drive by accident. I tried to recover from an external hard drive I had and wound up having files spread all over the place. I don’t know why, but some files had all the content but in the wrong place and others were only partially there and spread out all over God’s little green computer acres. I fussed with it for days and the more I tried the worse it became. I finally gave in and called tech shop with whom I have done business with before and always had good results. Alan came to the rescue. He is one very brilliant computer technician who really knows his stuff. I have never seen another technician work with such speed and knowledge. He knew exactly where he was going with any of the many fixes. Coming from the business world and having been frustrated by so many so-called experts who really were not that good, it was refreshing to see a real one in action. I was having major problems with my 2012 Mac computer, the computer would lock up and the anti virus system would not start. The tech shop guys ran a diagnostic and recommended upgrading the hard drive to an SSD hard drive. I was worried about losing a lot of archived data and also the microsoft office I had installed. Billy assured me he could recover all my files and fix the anti virus system. These guys were right on they saved me the cost of buying a new computer and solved all the issues with the old system. My comp. is super fast, the anti virus starts up every time and all my archived files are saved including the microsoft office systems and files. I'm really grateful to these guys, their very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and professional, at 76yrs I’m not very computer savvy and they took the time with me to understand what was required. Just all 5 star guys.
