I've had a good experience every time I've been in to get something fixed with this guy. One time I needed my phone looked at urgently and they helped me out even though they had a heavy work load. The next time, I needed my laptop looked at urgently (what's new) and again they saved my day. They did the work quickly and they were nice about it too ! Hubby and myself went to the beach and whilst climbing up the rocks I cracked/smashed my IPhone screen! So after leaving the beach we went straight to Techmate to see how much it would be to fix. Prices very reasonable, was able to fix it within an hour and was super friendly, efficient and professional.

Went in last night to inquire about replacing cracked glass cover on rear of phone. They said it was impossible to remove glass and must replace entire back cover for $90 dollars. Went home and did some quick research... You can absolutely remove the back glass, it costs $5 dollars on amazon with numerous youtube videos. Takes about 2 minutes.

I brought my computer in because it had crashed and I needed my HD recovered and my system re installed. They tried many different methods to get my data off the old HD and they were able to retrieve it when it didn't look like it was possible. They also quoted me a fair price before we started and there was no hidden fees after. Very impressed and would highly recommend!

I had a Samsung tablet that wouldn't charge anymore. Since I paid $700 for it a year and a half ago, I was reluctant to throw it away, but I know that electronics these days are not really made to be repaired. This particular device has the screen actually GLUED to the case, and is never really meant to be opened. I was told there is a high risk of cracking the screen just by opening it, which scared me a little. Although the estimate initially seemed a little high, it ended up being well worth it as my tablet now works perfectly again and aside from a couple small scratches on the edge the tablet looks brand new. Guru was the technician who did the repair. I purposely waited over a month to post this as I wanted to make sure the problem did not reoccur, but the tablet is great. Thank you Guru for your expertise!

I have to say that - Very professional technicians with real engineering degrees - Speedy service with accurate estimate (screen change in 20 mins) - Transparent pricing and reliable product - See-through glass workshop, so info security is not even a issue at all Phone them or take in, it is much simpler and efficient quoting process and overall service.
