My old tech support guy went MIA, so when I had a network problem occur I was desperate to find someone to come and fix it. Same Day Geek was the only company out of 3 that I found that was able to come by right away - I had someone on site in less than an hour, and it took him just under an hour to fix my problem. These will definitely be my new go-to guys whenever I have any computer-related problems at the office, and even at home.

Had a massive malware problem 3 weeks ago or so but didn't want to be without my computer for 3 or 4 days ... which always happens when I take it for service at a big box retail. So I checked online and found these guys and called them. Tyrell was here a couple of hours later, and my computer was malware free an hour after that. Thank you same day geek for fixing my Toshiba Satellite laptop computer in a timely manner. I called on a Family day long weekend, and left a message. 10 minutes later my call was returned and 20 minutes after that my broken computer was in their capable hands. Let me tell you about the Same Day Geek! These guys are the best!!! John super helpful and nice! But best thing is they are quick service!!! And they do the Job. But honestly the best thing is that these nerds dont over charge! they dont bill you for things you dont need. they just do whats necessary and they do it well. John even gave me a free piece of hardware not only did he NOT overcharge me for this hardware . he gave it to me!!! no charge. Super professional and super courteous! and im not family or friend just a real customer happy to recommend these Nerds!! Well run business!!! Keep up the good work guys!!
