Had a hard drive that wouldn't connect and didn't show any signs of power. Suspected the PCB board and needed a replacement done. PCB Solution did it for me for around 50 bux! Received the board and the hard drive came back to life. Thank you VERY much! Notifying friends on all socials.

Had I drive that I removed from a WD My Book which was damaged by having the wrong power supply with a high voltage plugged into it by mistake, which damaged one on the components on the HDD circuit board. After some troubleshooting, I determined that a PSU failure fried several downstream components, with the hard drive PCB being one of them. I was quoted $500+ by data recovery specialists, even if a PCB swap was all that was needed. Well, a PCB swap was all that was needed, and PCB Solution offered a very competitively priced product and did the firmware transfer for me, so I didn't have to mess around with a soldering iron.
