By the time I found PC Plus, I'd already been to 2 other "repair" shops that didn't have the correct tools to work on my relatively new SSD disk. Paul took one look at the Windows blue screen error and knew exactly what the problem was, what tools to use, and how to fix it. It was done in a few hours, with professional communication the whole way through. Paul let me pick it up after hours so I'd be ready to go for the work week. Service was really above and beyond. I will be referring others to Paul for data recovery and computer repair.

4 stars because they forgot small things like the screw for one of the side of my case but they did a very good job in repairing my computer. Edit 1: I changed my rating to 5 since they went to my house to give the screws. Edit 2: this place is actually trash. A few days later after I got my pc back from them it won't start up. They also forgot the screws. Then I went to a different place to have my computer checked up. It didn't actually need repairs, some of the wires and parts were just not plugged in properly. This means, the guys from pc plus computing did not do their job on whatever they did with my wirings. Right now it won't start up again. I hope this place shuts down. They also gave me a different psu plug. It's a very small thing but Where's the professionalism in that

Dropped off a macbook for a screen replacement. Paul was not able to repair the screen after three attempts and keeping the laptop for a whole month. He returned it to us with additional hardware damage, lying and saying it has software issues. He offered us $70 dollars under the guise of "good faith/customer service", when in reality the repairs are closer to $200. He won't take responsibility and cover the costs to repair the connector he broke.

Paul was Super helpful!! My intel SSD drive on my desktop suddenly stopped working and my computer went in a reboot in a loop! When I had to replace it with a new drive, I took it to a computer shop near my house who said that my old SSD drive was corrupt and all the data was gone! My pc stopped woking and when I looked up the repair shops only this place was open and I was like why not go there as I needed to get it fixed ASAP. Not impressed. My boyfriends laptop had a huge crack in it after we went on a road trip, so we came across PC computing and got in contact. We went to his home and he told us he would order parts for us no problem, then I had to constantly message and ask for updates and he would message saying he was on it but I have never heard back. To this day I have still never heard back and we first inquired in August, it’s been almost 3 months from now and still word from him after he said he would fix our laptop screen. I searched for options and came up with PC Plus Computing Inc contact no online. It was around 8pm when I contacted Paul. He told me to bring laptop over. Paul was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was patient and explained everything in detail as to what went wrong in my laptop. Paul is amazing. I was cleaning out my PlayStation 4's interior and power supply from dust when the cable connecting it to the motherboard broke at the end. His website didn't say anything about PS4's but I called and asked anyways. He said he would be happy to take a look. I gave it to him and he had it soldered and repaired in under an hour. Now it works perfectly again like it is brand new. I highly recommend him for any PC repair needs and he might even be able to fix your PS4 just like he did mine too.
