Very dishonest lady. Worked for Carole for three days and I could not believe they would be in business. Her last technician went missing and there was no way to find him. She hoardes like there's no tomorrow. The whole place is a fire hazard. The technicians change all the time. Every question I would ask her she would blame one of them. Clients started to see that I was different and would ask for my personal phone number that I wouldn't give for being unethical being that I was an "employee". Lots of upset people and LOTS of devices that clients will simply give up after waiting forever. I'm still waiting for my own payment after cleaning, organizing, getting rid of garbage, fixing several computers and calming customers down... Today I went by and so a sign I HAD to SHARE... I love how the unconscious tricks people into being honest! LOL!

Horrible customer service been trying to get a hold of this place for a few weeks now. they say on their answering machine they are open 10-10 including Sunday's. The place is a hoarding mess you can hardly move and if someone else is going by you might at well sit on a computer or what ever is hitting the back of your leg or get friendly and hug the person as they are trying to go by you.

I recently took my computer to this business to get fixed. I received a quote via telephone and gave them the go ahead to fix the computer. When I went to pick it up, the woman working there tried to charge me more than was quoted. After a lengthy argument, I tried to pay with my visa, which has points on it, and the woman lost it saying they don't take visas with points and started swearing her head off. Very unprofessional customer service. If you want to be ripped off, then go here!

I’m so very happy to find the Cloverdale Computer Den, Surrey, BC. If I have any problems with any of my computers, printers or even my cel phones I know I can just walk into the Cloverdale Computer Den in Cloverdale and get help right away. From simple problems to major problems.!! I dropped into the Computer Den a few days ago with a little problem. I have an 1996 DELL Laptop and my brother scanned and downloaded hundreds of old family pictures on this laptop. I needed to save these onto a Zip drive for safety. It took Carole’s Technician Just 1 1/2 hours to help with putting these pictures from 1948 on a Zip Drive.! Thank goodness they are Safe now.! And at a very reasonable price also.! Carole (owner) sells all kinds of Computers, Printers, and all kinds of accessories.! Even any kinds of Special Equipment. She’s open 7 days a week from 10 am till 8pm. A few weeks ago my laptop just died and we could not make it even start, so I took it there and told them that if it is more then about 150 do not bother fixing it. They did it in a few days for 90 or 100 bucks. I was very happy and it works fine so far. This place looks dated and stuffed but they did what they promised.

I called them today to find out if they could take a look at my laptop, they said they'd be happy to. I asked how long they would be open until because I work in North Vancouver and it takes a while to get there, they said 10. I was super excited to finally find a place, only to get there just after 6 this evening to find the lights out and the doors locked, they were closed! Not impressed at all.

Took my son new Crome book in to have a key replacement. Said he would order it no problem! Week passed call to look into it . Told me would call me back with update. Never received call back . This happened 3 more times .. completely horrible service!!! Don’t take anything here .

The owner can't seem to keep things straight and her customer service is horrendous. Long story short she brought a lender printer into work and then sent us a bill and said we now own it!! When confronted she claims she brought 2 in and I picked the brand new one instead of the lender. She only brought one printer in and its on camera. Definitely a real treat to deal with, she hung up on me and my manger at least twice.

With the shortage any computer supply parts all across Canada, I was so very surprised, thankful and so very lucky that I found a key for my keyboard on my laptop! I will definitely go back for repairs if needed. Most computer stores now are stripping computer parts from old broken laptops and computers because just getting anything from overseas is insane, or probably going to take FOREVER due to a shortage, or even worse, won't get it. Some stores have nothing so they have to buy from overseas. Super lucky they had the keyboard key for me to put it back onto my computer vs. getting some aftermarket keyboard. It's a small shop, very packed with things but this is the business and he can also purchase anything you like, just remember, some things may take time with all this overseas and shortages happening, Grant had great customer service!

Worst customer service of all time. I needed my screen repaired and they told me they could do it. They were not able to give me a time that it would be finished, which was okay with me. But one week goes by, nothing. I called them and they would just give me the run around and tell me they would call me back, never did. 2 weeks go by, no updates, they kept ignoring my calls. I physically went in to the location to get an update and was just told they were working on it. 3 weeks go by and they keep telling me they had to wait until after Chinese new year to work on my computer but the parts were there, etc. 3.5 weeks later, I finally talked to someone who was able to help me and let me know that after 3.5 weeks, they had not even ordered my parts! Apparently my screen was supposed to come from China and was going to take several weeks and they had not even ordered it yet and this information was never communicated to me. I am in my final semester of University and work from home on my laptop. Cloverdale Computer Den completed screwed me over for some of my deadlines and had no remorse or care at all. Be very cautious when giving them your business.

I've been in there twice, and let me tell you they hoardes like there's no tomorrow you can hardly move. The first time as soon as i came in i notice an old lady sleeping with barefoot over a horrendous paper work, a total mess on her computer covered with green tape and all kind of notes, i was talking with the techs about my computer and she couldn't stop interrupting several times talking about a kind of virus and probably needed to get a new hard drive. I walked away with my computer, i just didn't feel comfortable.

If I could give this place minus stars I would. They PROMISED me they could salvage my masters papers from my broken hard drive in 2 weeks. Two weeks became 3 and we were the only ones calling and going in to talk to them. Our phone calls went unreturned and each time they acted like they did not know what we were talking about, blamed another staff, or said it would be only 1 more day. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. I am still waiting after 4 weeks for my hard drive back to take to a real computer store. You will not survive in a small community with this kind of customer service. We will NEVER use your services again, and hope others think twice too.
