I am so grateful to Anthony. My 5.5 month old laptop blue screened on me. I found Anthony on our community FB page and the reviews all spoke very highly of him and they did not let me down. He offered for me to drop the computer off even though it was late and I had a training early the next day. He ran scans on it, figured out what the issue was and fixed it. I had it back within 15 hours of dropping it off and it is running faster than when I first bought it! Anthony also called back to check in and see if everything was OK with it the next day! Customer service above & beyond. I also appreciated how clear he was with me about how much the cost would be based on different scenarios with it. He is definitely my new IT guy!

I called Anthony about what I thought was just a weak motherboard battery on the 7 year old motherboard of my desktop computer. It turned out to be more than that. Anthony persisted in resolving the problem, made a few adjustments to hardware connections inside and outside the tower and restored it to working condition. He also assessed the condition of the computer and made a few suggestion to help improve its speed and remaining life. I found him to be both personable and professional.

My laptop broke down several months ago, and the only computer stores I could find on Google required that I take it to their location and return several days later to pick it up. This wasn't an option during these COVID times. I'm delighted I found Anthony. He was able to do all the work by remote, and my laptop now works better and faster than it did as brand new. I was able to pay him by e-transfer, so there was no exchange of credit card info, and his rate was significantly lower than all the stores I contacted. Not only did he repair my laptop, he told me how I could do some minor repairs by myself. I highly recommend his skills and knowledge, and I am certain you will be pleased with the speedy results.
