Not surprising that Jump Plus has been recognized by Apple for their high standards - The experience is pretty much as high-quality as an Apple store. I came to Jump on 2 occasions. The first time was last week, when my iphone was out of commission because I couldn't charge it. I was overzelous when spraying my phone with sanitizing spray and got some on the charging port. My phone wouldn't charge at all, and I had not been able to complete a backup before then! After chatting with apple support they directed me here. Manpreet was able to fix this for me while I waited! also - while I waited (it was quiet), I noticed their other staff members were diligently cleaning different surfaces in the store, their phones, counters etc. So I felt safe with their covid protocol. Being so happy with them fixing the charging port issue, I came back the following week to replace the battery as the battery health indicated it needed servicing. They underpromise and overdelivered on the timeline. I was able to get my phone back on the same day. Thank you so much Manpreet and team.

They actually answer their phone (no phone trees that send you to their website), and they have all their products in stock unlike the big box store in the mall. I won't be going anywhere else in the future!

i damaged the dc jack cable and lcd cable when i opened my macbook trying to clean the dust,so i went to jump+,told the guy about the situation and they said they need to do a test which is 60,then,the resolution offer they provided is repair the display and IO board for more than 800 dollars... even me as a non professional,i know that i can get it fixed by simply replacing those two cables. for them to come up with that solution,either they are not so aware of what their business is or they just trying sell the client unnecessary service because i fixed myself by looking up YouTube and buying the parts from ebay which cost about 100 in total. I am glad that i did not choose to get the repair service there.

Went to get a screen protector installed for my Apple watch. After installing it and giving it back to me it was clear it wasn't fully sealed at the edges but I was told to take it home and put it on the charger and the heat would seal it. I followed their instructions perfectly but it never sealed and the edges continued to come up and get dirt and things trapped under. I thought maybe it was a faulty one or wasn't installed right so within a week I took it back to see if I could have it redone, and they were nice about it and redid it for me, but once again same thing it didn't seal. The next week I went back a third time to get a refund since the protectors were clearly terrible quality and didn't fit the watch right but they told me it was past the date for a refund and essentially blamed me and said it wasn't their fault because "no one else has problems with them". I felt quite insulted by this and that I deserved a refund since the product was terrible and I paid $28 for it, but the only option they gave me was to reluctantly replace it one more time so I accepted that. And again unsurprisingly after putting the watch on the charger right when I got home as they said, it didn't seal at all at the edges which you can clearly see in the photo, after a few days dirt will get trapped under the edges and it will become useless. Very disappointed in the service and the way they took no responsibility and refused to refund me when I could have asked for a refund the first time I came in but wanted to give them another chance.

The sold us apple watch with wrong band which is their fault,they offer us for 20$ discount for buying new band instead although they knew the mistake take place from their side. We buy that watch and after 30 minutes my son found out the band is not the one he was chosen from the picture on the box . We cant even return the watch because my son only scratch the plastic cover of apple watch box . Very very very very bad experience.

I always find a huge line up at the pacific center apple store, but I got to know about jump plus in Park Royal. I was looking to buy an iPad pro and I wasn't sure which one to get plus I am in my 70s so I don't know a lot about technology. Usually salesperson try to enforce sales, but I talked to one of the salesperson named Lucky. He was very knowledgeable and Professional, he explained to me what Jump plus is and then ended up talking which iPad works best for me. I would recommend going to this store if you live in west van or north van as they offer amazing Customer Service and staff is very gentle and helpful.

At first I was confused as it looks exactly like the apple store with a few differences, being their first store in BC made me a little wary. We ended up getting our new Iphone 12's there as surprisingly they has them in stock (our phone company has had us on a waiting list for over a month). Ali was great to deal with and we had a really good experience, definitely will return here and so happy we don't need to go downtown anymore for the apple store.

Happy to see an Apple store in West Van, Its neat , modern store with fantastic people, My experience returning an new iPad cracked screen with Apple Care extra warranty was outstanding. I return device, checked out, a brand new device (not refurbished ) was received for pick up in 2 days, at 0 (zero) cost. That kind of services is a luxury some places, but here is an ordinary standard.

The technicians were generally helpful and made sure my iPad was backed up so my data could be restored after battery replacement. I was informed promptly at home when the iPad was ready. My only suggestion is that staff should let customers know in advance to bring another device for two factor authentication for Apple sign in.

Workers were nice and friendly. Went in to get a replacement screen protector for my iphone 8. I told them it was an iphone 8 and even showed the model via settings. Come back home to put on the screen and turns out they gave me an iphone 8 PLUS screen protector. It's annoying because now I have to go all the way back just so they can fix their mistake.

The Park Royal location is indeed lucky to have Lucky and Hachi - all the staff seem friendly and well-informed. I had excellent information, service, friendliness - from the very moment I entered the store, Lucky was out from behind the counter and half way down the store to greet me with a big smile - who does that anymore?! That day I just needed a cable but asked some preliminary questions about a MacBook and was back within a few days to buy one and not long after, an iphone - well you get the picture. SO much easier to have your questions answered, buy from and have a lovely technician (Hachi) help with than the Apple store during these Covid times especially, and because they are the Apple retailer, everything is available from Apple Care to accessories. No appointment needed - go!
