Last weekend I had my computer crash , I run two companies so as you can image I was panicking. I found PC Techs on line and since they weren't too far from me I thought I would give them a try, at first I was a little hesitant as I don't trust computer techs very easily. But I must say I was very impressed with Adeel who basically worked for days trying to recover everything that I thought I had lost from my corrupted drive. He managed to save EVERYTHING thank God!! he is truly a computer Wizard !! So I would highly recommend going to PC TECH as Adeel and Mike know their stuff and they do not try and rip you off like most companies do, they are efficient and reasonable priced too! I now have my go to guys for all my computer needs that's for sure!!

My experience with PC TECHS has been close to 2 years now. Adeel the computer technician guru along with Mike Lush the other technician guru have excelled in making my computer operate so efficiently that i am at ease knowing they are available anytime to assist in updating any issues i may have or problems i may encounter. The big comfort is that i do not have to disconnect the wires that feed into the computer and deliver the computer to a computer tech's service store or depot. adeel or mike will repair it from their office by REMOTE CONTROL . I JUST LEAVE IT ON AND -VOILA it is serviced and operating like never before. The last 15 yrs. that i have had my computer serviced by other so called techs Adeel and Mike beat the others by a lon g shot . the icing on their professionalism is that they are very reasonable in their fee Mike Majerovich

Last week Mike consolidated our 2 computers into one which included transferring photographs, documents and financials, installing new Quicken software and resetting printers. PC TECHS have baled me out on numerous occasions from difficulties with my computers. When I had a virus, they were able to salvage the majority of my files when I thought I had lost everything. When my motherboard died, they worked quickly to replace it and then continued to show me how to solve additional issues that arose from the new system that was installed. My experience has been with Masterplans Design Inc., and most recently with Adeel Akbar. My report to this chain is in high superlatives. Masterplans is in my Contacts, but in my notes appended to that entry I have Adeel's name, together with a message to myself: "Adeel -- very calm and helpful." This is my first recourse, and so far my last, when I have run into trouble. I will add that even note to myself is therapeutic in such circumstances, reminding me of the several times Adeel has come to the rescue. At such moments, of course, I am myself neither calm nor helpful. Usually, indeed, I'm in a state of panic and frustratiion, and only barely helpful to him when it comes to describing the problem. Adeel, however, regularly talks me through the issue, and usually, before long his remote direction of a cursor on my screen starts to work: giving a tweak here, a click there, a presence that I have come to take as a gesture of reassurance.
