Professional and courteous customer service. They built my gaming PC for me and when they couldn't source parts that I wanted at affordable costs they referred me to competing businesses that could help me save money. I couldn't believe a shop would do that. Complete honesty and transparency was such a breath of fresh air. Worth their weight in gold for sure! I will be referring people here for sure!

The problem The back left part of my laptop had a crack and the hinge was damaged. It would expose the electronics if I tried to open it. Other places Every other laptop fixing place (best buy, Canada comp, dell) was charging a fee to just look at it. And then they could quote whatever ceiling they wanted for a price to fix it. They count the looking fee towards the repair cost to try to commit you to whatever price they want to charge you. This place This place was very transparent. They looked at it for free, gave me a quote and were very patient with my questions. The staff also seemed very knowledgeable. The quality of the repair itself seems great so far. My laptop works as expected.

I never have done a review but their service was excellent. They worked with me to get my laptop ready as soon as possible. They opened on thier off day so they could change my laptops keyboard and i could get it back same da y and they didnt charge me extra for it. amazin

Very pleased with efficient and speedy services. Took my laptop in to get data backed up, done same day, and also due to a miscommunication as to the service i wanted, namely get my back screen fixed as well, i got a free c drive HDMI connector to compensate no getting my screen fixed, i was told it would take a couple of days, which is normal due to parts order etc.. but he thought I only requested to get my data backed so he give me a HDMI connectors for free. Very humble technician and transparent. Great customer service overall!

My Apple computer was giving me some issues and I had a hell of a time finding a place that would fix it at a reasonable cost, or fix it at all. I went to some of the bigger and well known places and they charged way too much. And the small shops couldn't fixit. I saw these guys as I walked in. I decided what the hell I'll see what they say. They told me to bring it in and diagnosed it. It was fixed the next day. It runs amazing now. Can't thank them enough. Amazing work. Worth ever penny. Affordable and reasonable people. Theybwill get my business again.

I needed A laptop for school that was probable but reliable and not too expensive. My budget was 400.00 maximum. They recommended the Lenovo X220 for school. It originally came with a 500GB card Ddrive but I told them space wasn't an issue I would rather have an SSD. They installed the SSD that I provided free of charge and turned the original hard drive into an external hard drive for me. This all cost around $350.00... Life savers with amazing service. I love the laptop.
