(Translated) Too many promises but little to do. I left a request on the site and instead of the promised 4 hours I waited for a response for 2 days. The person who talked to me on the phone tried to get remote access to my laptop promising to fix the printer that does not turn on physically, I conclude that he didn’t understands the essence of the problem. in the end, they did not call me back, but left a message on the voicemail that they could not fix it and I must find a local specialist, although I live in Kitchener, and called in Waterloo. I was initially told I could have all my problems fixed on 2 computers for 249. dollars. After I paid I was informed that it was Us dollars . After the work was completed I was told there problems that would cost another 49 dollars even though I was promised everything was covered in the initial price. It was only by pointing this out in strong terms that they kept there original deal. Be careful!!

It took FOREVER for the nerds to get my newly loaded Windows 10 up and running (I had just upgraded from Windows 7 when my computer froze and my keyboard was inoperable....)and you hear stories of deliberate sabotage to gain business, and that may or may not have been the case as these nerds are great sales people, but after hours the work was done. I have no frame of reference for the cost, it was a lot for me, but I think it beat the Geeks at Best Buy...all in all the people I worked with were very professional and assuaged my fears and my computer is working fine, plus I have 30 days to contact them for more help if it arises.
