I had finished building a computer and it wouldn't start properly. Sam was super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed my computer while I was there (1ish hour) while explaining to every step of the process. I would go back if I ever have any IT issues and I will recommend his services to anyone asking. He has literally saved me hundreds of dollars in having to buy new parts.
