Can't even tell it isn't factory original. They use the real stuff authorized by Samsung, so trust them. Would strongly recommend.

I have used the Plainfield location twice, and they took significantly longer than promised. The first time, they didn't even call to tell me the repair was done, I called them. Today it's 2 days after it was supposed to be done and I can't even get through on the phone. They are very nice though, and they do the work.

One of the most unprofessional, unethical, irresponsible, dumbest, illiterate, pathetic, useless technical support centers (North Plainfield, NJ), I have seen in my life. My brand new Samsung S21 Ultra 5G phone (under warranty) was supposed to be fixed in couple of days. Its been more than 10 days, its still with them and this hopeless and pathetic store hasn’t yet fixed the issue. The most annoying and frustrating things is - even the UbreakIfix customer care center is also unable to contact this hopeless store to know the latest status of my phone, because these guys don’t even pick up the phone. I might have had 25-30 calls with the customer care center, but no use as of now… Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS. THIS IS NOT UBreakIfix, its UBREAKandTHEYDoubleBreak!!

I made an appointment with uBreakiFix and they called me to find out what was wrong with my phone. I told them that Google had referred me to them and that my phone was having an issue with the battery and that I qualified for a free battery replacement on my phone. They told me that I was good to go and that they would see me at the appointment. I went to the appointment and was told there were no batteries available for my phone and that they would have to order one. Annoying, but they offered me an appointment a few days later. A few days later I show up for my appointment and they didn't have a battery available for my repair. I feel like if I have an appointment, shouldn't uBreakiFix have a battery reserved for my repair? And if for some reason the battery is not available, shouldn't they contact me to let me know that they need to reschedule? Not a good customer service experience at all.

Poor customer service, I called with a repair quote and i was told $100-$200 dollars. So I made an appointment. I get there and then I was told 250. I'm like wait a minute. I was told up to 200 not 250. I told them I would do it for the orginal quote but not 250. They still refused...they just want to get you through the door and then up the price. Never again...

My phone experience was really good here. My screen broke on my note 20 ultra and in a few hours it working like new. The 4 stars is because of the price of the screen repair was expensive $315. I get it though. Over all I would gladly come to this repair shop again.

I wanted my cellphone camera lens cleaned which required opening the back cover. I found uBreakiFix online and called for a quote and the answer is it may be free! So I went and they did clean it for me without charge. While waiting there I witnessed them serving every customer with courtesy and patience. I was very impressed by these young professionals. They are setting an example for all businesses, small and large.

I am waiting for an update on two items that were to be repaired. I have called daily and cannot speak to a person, the line keeps disconnecting. I went to the store in person today, 9/16 and there was a hand written sign on the door that said "Be back in 40 min sorry". I am trying to call the 800 number now and have been on hold for over 15 minutes. What the heck is going on with this place???? Called the 877 number again today on hold for 15 minutes still no pick up.

Beyond excellent!! My kid's iPhone 6s battery went bad, but Verizon wanted to sell us a new phone on sale for $300 (!), so we went to uBreakiFix in North Plainfield instead. Got a new battery, new screen, new screen saver all for the fraction of the cost of a new phone. Same day service and was done earlier than they predicted. I am ecstatic! Highly recommended.

Honest company. Had a non responsive iphone 12 Pro Max screen and thought I needed a new screen that was $400. The tech just did a factory restart and that corrected my issue. They could of told me they replaced the screen and charged $400..... I would of never known but instead they charged me $0. Honesty the best policy and will get repeat business.

I went to UBREAKIFIX for a basic screen repair. The first day, I left my phone there for 3 hours to come back and hear that, “Our screen is defective and we will have a new truckload of screens in that night, come back at 10:00 am the next day.” Sure enough, that’s what I did. Then I was told the truckload wasn’t coming in until 1:00pm. So I came back, again and left my phone there for 2 hours like I was told. When I got back, they had another customer in front of me whose phone screen also need to be replaced. Their screens were defective for his phone as well and they had given his phone back in worse condition according to their argument. Surely enough when my phone came out, their screens were defective for my phone as well. So 4 trips to this place, no repair. I don’t know what they do in the back but they obviously aren’t fixing phones. Absolutely horrible, hope the “manager” sees this.

My Samsung A51 screen was cracked so I called the UBreakIFix number to get a quote. It wasn't a bad price so I drove a whole 40 minutes to get to the store. When I went in, they gave me a totally different quote; it was $63 more just to replce the screen (no diagnostic work). So I called customer service three times and each time they hung up on me. It was a terrible experience.

Dropped off my 2 tablets the last week of august to get fixed , they told it would take 4 days to fix, today is sep 14th and still haven’t gotten my tablets back!!! Everytime I call the store does not awnser!!! Poor customer service!!! I haven’t gotten no updates! I’m going to have to dislocate my self to the store to find out what’s going on …….

I highly recommend uBreakiFix in North Plainfield. I had a water damaged iPhone that would function but had significant condensation in the camera lens. The friendly and efficient staff explained that they could perform a free diagnostic service disassembling the phone and drying it out for 24 hours. The next day I had my phone back and with no more condensation and it is good as new!

My wife cracked her screen on her iPhone 11 dropped it off at this facility they repaired it in a timely manner, very professional upon picking up her phone they gave her a free screen protector and just because I came along with her to pick it up the gentleman also gave me a free screen protector for my iPhone. Great customer service I would recommend this location to anyone With cell phone issues that need repair.
