I had a Pixel that didn't work on speaker phone. Marc went above and beyond to find the issue. He replaced the mics and motherboard and the issue still wasn't resolved. Google wouldn't replace the phone because it didn't appear to have any issues. Marc still ended up figuring it out; he replaced the back cover that had a sensor on it for speaker phone. When I got to the store, I noticed it no longer had a tempered glass screen protector on it like it did when I gave it to them. Jess looked to see if they had any, but they didn't have them in stock. She instead put a liquid glass protector on it, and now my phone is in perfect condition. This is my first time having my phone fixed since the early 2010s when I had an iPhone and went to the Apple Store to fix it/replace it. They also kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. I'm very happy with their service, and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you!!

My mother bought my husband a PlayStation 4 for Christmas he only had it two months and stopped working what come on it was brand new Straight from PlayStation I don't recommend them I've been it's under warranty and all that within and I've done called them and send email to females and I'm still waiting on a response from then but You Break I Fix in Hiram was so good they knew exactly what the problem was even before they even looked at it they gave me an estimate it didn't go over this to man it was 6 before week I just took a little longer getting there to get it because we were out of town for a funeral but I would recommend him to anybody who needs any game system War device fixed do they do with it and they were great with customer service very knowledgeable

I called UBreakiFix Hiram for the avaliblity and they told me to come in whenever I had time today. I went in and they removed the piece of charger from my phone free of charge. I had to visit UbreakiFix for the first time in a while. I had just dropped my phone for less than 3 seconds in water. Nonetheless I still had slight water damage although I tried to dry it our as much as I can the day before. But it called for a bigger job and that is to just take my phone to “ubif” and I must say my visit today was truly exceptional from start to finish! Not only was I able to get my phone dried in the inside but I also was able to get my Led screen fixed. The staff was wonderful and my phone technician and Lead Manager Josh Sanders was one of a kind. Thank you Josh for bringing my phone back to life! This store was very responsive and thorough with lead times. They said it would take up to a week to get my laptop fixed and they finished it within the time given. This location is very busy and has a lot of clients to tend to. I would advise to not come in early in the morning because you will be waiting in line. Give them time to get settled in. ALL around service was wonderful and i will definitely be back (if need be).

Called in Monday to set appt. But they did not order a sensor. So would have to schedule again. And then told that if I had any damage to my phone samsung would make them repair. Um no I am not spending 250 for a screen on top of 80 for the sensor. That I kind of not cool to make people have to pay for that if all they want is the other fixed. No thank you. I have used these guys before and not had this issue last time. Now I have to figure out how to get my finger print sensor fixed. Cause samsung pass has all my passwords locked without being able to unlock with my finger.

I first visited the Douglasville location and the technician attempted to clean my charging port with no success, and told me that it would have to be replaced. He called the Hiram location to verify that they had one on hand, and they did. My first available day was today to be able to go and have it done. I was there when they opened this morning at 10, and spoke with Jess, she looked at my phone and said it just needed cleaning, she cleaned it and it works fine, at no charge. Quick but now the back of my phone won't stay sealed like it was before I brought my Samsung Galaxy screen in to be fixed. She rushed me to go get my cellphone case out my car and I had no clue why...? Two days later I noticed when I took my case off... the back of my phone was partially sealed. Update** Problems arise with any business and I’m blown away by the prompt and satisfactory resolution to this particular situation. We’ve been coming here for years and recommended many to this specific location and we will continue to do so. Thank you, so very much! In the past, we have had exceptional and timely service for our multiple devices we’ve had repaired and all the recommendations to others on their behalf. This current repair has me at my absolute wits end. An iPad charging port that was repaired a couple of months ago went faulty under the repair warranty. No biggie. It happens. I dropped off this device two weeks ago, May, 16th I believe, and I was curious why it would have such a long turn around time. Maybe because I canceled the home+ service they sell. I called the 28th and was told the repair wouldn’t even be STARTED until the 29th. I call the 29th and was told he is working on it and it’ll be done by end of business the 30th. I just received the phone call that the technician called out for the unforeseeable future and that the repair will be done sometime this week, even though they don’t know when this person is returning and that this person is the “only welder in the entire company” that can do this repair. Why then wasn’t it even slated to be started until two weeks after drop off? Was there lost opportunity during those two weeks? I’m left with more questions than answers and it’s never a pleasant feeling like I’m being run around when dealing with business. More transparency from the start of this whole situation would’ve gone a very long way. I can’t help but wonder if this is the future for customers who choose to cancel their extra services; keeping in mind that this particular repair is under their repair warranty when I did have the home+ subscription.

I would rate a 5, but it is fairly ridiculous to have to wait in a 20-30 minute line just to pick-up a device that was repaired. Nice to get a new screen in only two hours, but highly disillusioned with Asurion, who I believe owns Ubreakifix. 6 month old phone somehow develops an internal pressure crack, phone has never been dropped, not a Mark of damage and Asurion will only replace it for a $200 deductible on a $1000 phone that Apple won’t stand behind. That’s our last iPhone! This would be a far better store with two desk employees, one processing pick-ups only, then helping new customers. Overall, friendly and helpful, but you better pack your patience for the line and maximum 5 in the store so bring an umbrella to wait outside in the rain like today.

She also recommended a future preventative measure for my consideration. Despite being well versed in computer maintenance and resolving issues that arise, it's great to have a person to turn to, like Rachel who can solve the problems that stump me.

Went in to get my screen replaced on S20+, got phone back and vibration didn't work and had to come back. Over charged for screen protector and instead of trying to refund first manager tried to upsale instead. There was never someone in the front store everytime I walked in the store. Expect to hear "we'll be right with you" when you go and expect to wait for any help. Another customer picked up his phone with a cracked screen and they told him his phone wouldn't turn on anymore after replacing it. Never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else.

Called today everyone was nice and professional, took iPhone pro max in to replace screen $320 good price, pick phone up all kind of warnings going off on my phone saying non genuine Apple display. Which voids warranty so called back and it would be another $150 dollars to get genuine Apple screen and would be Tuesday. Now at $470...costing more than taking it to Apple or Best Buy (geek squad) to replace screen. It would of been nice if I was informed of this before replacing my screen

I went in today expecting to have the charging port on my phone replaced, I had been having connection issues. I told the lady my problem and she told me it might just have lent or dust in the port. She wiped down the phone took it to the back and about three minutes later she was back and now I have no issues with my phone. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was about to spend money for a new port or possibly get a new phone. Best part is she did all that for free. They are honest and amazing. Gonna go here from now on with any electronic problems they do it all.

They DID fix the phone screen but after 2 attempts, and no "promised" phone calls, I'm not impressed. You got my advance payment and didn't have the courtesy to call and tell me my phone is done! The first trip was a waste when your system was down and I was told you would call me when it was back up. You never called. Why would I assume you would actually call when the phone was fixed? Walked in on a Saturday at lunch time with my son's IPhone. The store was very busy. Manager Rachel was running the store front on her own with one tech assisting in the back. She was friendly and helpful to everyone in line giving all customers her undivided attention and great service. She was honest about our repair cost and time. Tech Marc was able to repair my son's phone and even put a new screen protector on for him. I got the run around from Verizon, and Best Buy was going to take days to even diagnose our issue. We visited U Break as a last ditch effort to get repairs instead of having to get a new phone and I am so glad we did. Had my HP laptop screen repaired at the Hiram Ga location and payed 200$ for my “repair”. Later when I got back home from picking up my laptop the screen would stop working and I had to take it back up there to let them fix it again.. this happed 6 times. Finally they decided to offer me a new laptop because mine had been damaged beyond repair by their employees. Which they took full responsibility for. (Touchscreen no longer functioned and it is a tablet/laptop) I happily accepted the new laptop but was very much expecting a refund of my 200$ because I have had to drive up to there location over 8 times to get this resolved and they BROKE my laptop. Why should I have to pay for a repair that was not effective and ended up braking my laptop. Especially when I had been very nice and understanding, even though I am an online college student and need that laptop daily. Rachel is also very rude over the phone to customers who ask for a refund. They told me “ Your getting a new laptop why can’t that be enough” the simple answer is I did not want a new laptop. I wanted a repair and a refund would have been the least they could do to provide good customer service. I was a HomePlus member with them and used them for many repairs but have had to cancel my membership and find somewhere else to go. I suggested you do the same unless you want your repair to take months.
